My husband and I ate here before heading to a concert across the parking lot. Everyone was super friendly, the place was clean, and the food tasted great. I'll keep this place in mind if I attend another concert at that venue.
Put in a delivery order as a Christmas present and they exceeded expectations. I've always had a great experience here but this particular experience made me want to show them how much their hard work is appreciated.
This location is popping and always busy - however, this crew keeps everything moving. The people who work there are friendly and fun! Gary is great and always checking in with the folks in the dining hall. The food is always good - my work fam always enjoys getting over there for lunch!
Always great service when I go. The person who took my order was full of personality. Talking to my who group with a big smile and very helpful and patient with us. Gary is great. Also so super attentive. After being serviced he still came by to check if we were ok and had conversation with us. Even the cleaning staff is friendly and quick.
We stopped in for dinner and had a sandwich and the salad bar. The salad bar is amazing. Everything is really fresh and there is a great amount of choice. I appreciate how clean the dining area is and how attentive they are when something becomes unkept. It’s those small details that make it a great place I’ll be sure to return to. I actually did return the next day and it was even better.
This is my favorite Jason’s Deli location - it is always busy but they offer very personal, friendly customer service. A standout is Gary ( I don’t know his last name) but he us always on duty and seems to work very hard. I come in every week during lunch, and he always asks how he can help make my experience better. That is more than I ever expect from restaurants these days and is very much appreciated. I recommend this location to everyone and hope Gary stays because he makes the experience so much better.
Manager James C. was friendly and very personable. Wait staff was fast and courteous. Salmon sandwich was fresh and presented well. Salad was also fresh with lots of delicious toppings. Great meal for a reasonable price. Well done!
This location gets us served and moving quickly. The food is delivered quickly and as ordered AND it's good. Shout out to Gary, the food runner. He delivers the food with a smile and a great attitude too and will get you condiments, extra silverware or whatever you need without missing a beat. You can tell he's committed to doing a good job.
This location gets very busy at lunch time since there are lots of businesses nearby. To get in and grab a table, I recommend getting there before noon. The staff is friendly and gets the food out quickly -- we often order ahead so we can just pick it up and go back to the office. Sometimes some groups take advantage of the busy staff and smoke in the outdoor seating which is, unfortunately, very close to the entry and exit doors. It's a bummer to have to walk around them and smell their smoke just to get in. This doesn't happen very often, though, so I don't expect this to be an issue. There is a lot of parking space, so finding a place to park should never be an issue.
I just placed an order for lunch. Curbside pickup. Upon arrival back at work, found there was NO DRESSING. I called to let them know and wouldn't you know, someone came right out to my JOB with the dressing plus a couple of cookies as a way of saying sorry. I've always had great service here, but this time, they WENT OVER AND BEYOND!!! LOVE THIS LOCATION.
Excellent customer service, friendly people, and excellent quality food at a great price. Gary is a wonderful runner who works hard and talks in an appropriate and friendly manner with his customers. I can say the same for Mr. Wayne (pun intended, yes), James (I love that guy to death), and pretty much the entire staff. Everyone please support them!
