Salad. I love salad, I'm usually still hungry after I eat one. Here, I can eat 2 or more for $10. What a deal.

Good but not great. Compare to Subways. The meat on my Steak Poboy was chewy and the associate who brought it to our table handled it on a way that a big chunk of the chewy meat landed on the table. The soda dispenser is broken. The ice cream dispenser is great. The associates were working around the clock to try to keep the facilites clean, including a massive spill that a mean customer caused on the ice cream dispenser. The manager should really put attention on fixing the restrooms and the broken soda dispenser.
Update: October 2022. The owner reached out to me, hoping that i visit them again soon, however he didn't address any of the issues i described on my review. Is the steak still chewy? Is the soda machine still broken?

I'm a Jason's Deli fan from way back. How far back, you wonder? Well, I remember the Portobello Mushroom Wrap, a favorite of mine since 2003.
Now for reasons out of my control, I had not darkened the doorway of Jason's Deli in forever until recently. It was because of a craving for umami foods that I thought of Jason's, and the aforementioned Portobello Mushroom Wrap. Once inside the clean, spacious Mockingbird location, I was surprised to see how much Jason's had changed over the years. Gone was the long salad bar, a causality of Covid-19. But also the general floorplan had been altered to create a more even flow of foot traffic through the store. The menu had changed dramatically and I am sad to report I did not get to have my coveted Portobello Mushroom Wrap but instead opted for a loaded baked potato. This thing is a monster, a giant steak potato stuffed with chicken breast cubes, cheddar and a whole bunch of yummy stuff overflowing with flavor. I ate mine as a stand-alone meal and got full for a little over $10. Not bad. Of course, another reason I love Jason's Deli is the free soft serve ice cream for dessert. I had the chocolate/vanilla swirl which capped off a good meal nicely.
While I didn't get what I came for, I did get a delicious meal for not a lot of money. Hey Jason's Deli, what do you think about bringing back the Portobello Mushroom Wrap? Pretty please! 😍

I thought I waited quiet a
long time to get my order
considering few people
being there. The meal was
good, just not what I had
expected from past visits.
Next time I 'll probably
get the salad bar. Can't go
wrong on that! They make

Dallas!

Ordered Catering from this location and they were attentive to the order being place and process. They delivered on time during the delivery time window. The catering came correct and everyone loved the community boxes and cookies.

My boss brought me back the most fabulous chipotle chicken & avocado panini sandwich from Jason's Deli, it was hot, the chicken was tender and the cheese was nice and melty. I loved it and will go again the sandwich also had avacado plus i dont know how they did it but the purple onions had a sweet wonderful taste. It was fabulous.

I just want to say thanks for the baked potato it was good. I saw that the store was short handed, but to see the manager and his employee clean tables shows the determination this store has to do whatever it takes, I will be back. Keep up the good work!

Always fresh food, love the salad bar, always a great choice. But really cmon people. I sat there and watch a lady pack a Togo sald for herself, 3 large containers of dressing and 6 eggs to her box... are you kidding me are you opening up a restraunt?? Portion control people, yes it AYCE, but it's a 1 time serving. Jesus, so ridiculous. She always packed 2 containers of potatoes salad, I guess she's having a BBQ the next day... people are outta control..this other guy had a salad 10inches at least above the damn plate he must love carrots bc he had like a half a pound of that on his plate. SMDH... I enjoyed my 1 serving.

Typical Jason's Deli. Busy with a pleasantly efficient staff. Had Reuben and Salad bar. Bar was nicely stocked and clean. Reuben was quite good. Prices haven't changed much in last year or two, compared with other places.

The Deli Cowboy and the potato soup were both very good. Mine was to go, thankfully, because it was about as tranquil as a train station. I'm glad they are doing well, but it was pretty chaotic and noisy. Avoid peak hours and you'll be happier. Food was good though, and that's the main thing.

Today I was at this deli. We bought 1 + 1/2 sandwich; 1 cup + 1 bowl soup; 2 med drinks for a total of $29.16 way over their prices online. Probably will not go back anytime soon....

Best ever! I love the Texas Style Spud. My absolute favorite! Jason's needs to expand to the west. Hudson Oaks is booming and is selling commercial properties in an upcoming shopping district. It REALLY needs a Jason's Deli there. Then I could eat Jason's Deli on a regular basis.

wow. I've never ordered for delivery. I ask what the minimum requirement was for delivery and was told $15. So I made sure I ordered the minimum. Get my delivery and there's a $7 delivery fee!!!!!! $7!!!! wtf Jason's deli Rowlett. Their order taker failed to tell me this so it's my fault!!!???

Just want to say, whoever the manager is at the ft worth alliance location is great. I eat at jasons whenever I can, even when I'm traveling across Texas. At the very minimum 3 times a week. If I am not mistaken, this manager was at a different location off northwest Frwy in Dallas before moving. That location was also very well managed. All in all, been eating at jasons since I was a kid. Great teams across the board.
