Amazing food absolutely love this place. When I moved from Mo to Dallas and stumbled on this place I fell in love !!!

Salad. I love salad, I'm usually still hungry after I eat one. Here, I can eat 2 or more for $10. What a deal.
Good but not great. Compare to Subways. The meat on my Steak Poboy was chewy and the associate who brought it to our table handled it on a way that a big chunk of the chewy meat landed on the table. The soda dispenser is broken. The ice cream dispenser is great. The associates were working around the clock to try to keep the facilites clean, including a massive spill that a mean customer caused on the ice cream dispenser. The manager should really put attention on fixing the restrooms and the broken soda dispenser.
Update: October 2022. The owner reached out to me, hoping that i visit them again soon, however he didn't address any of the issues i described on my review. Is the steak still chewy? Is the soda machine still broken?

I'm a Jason's Deli fan from way back. How far back, you wonder? Well, I remember the Portobello Mushroom Wrap, a favorite of mine since 2003.
Now for reasons out of my control, I had not darkened the doorway of Jason's Deli in forever until recently. It was because of a craving for umami foods that I thought of Jason's, and the aforementioned Portobello Mushroom Wrap. Once inside the clean, spacious Mockingbird location, I was surprised to see how much Jason's had changed over the years. Gone was the long salad bar, a causality of Covid-19. But also the general floorplan had been altered to create a more even flow of foot traffic through the store. The menu had changed dramatically and I am sad to report I did not get to have my coveted Portobello Mushroom Wrap but instead opted for a loaded baked potato. This thing is a monster, a giant steak potato stuffed with chicken breast cubes, cheddar and a whole bunch of yummy stuff overflowing with flavor. I ate mine as a stand-alone meal and got full for a little over $10. Not bad. Of course, another reason I love Jason's Deli is the free soft serve ice cream for dessert. I had the chocolate/vanilla swirl which capped off a good meal nicely.
While I didn't get what I came for, I did get a delicious meal for not a lot of money. Hey Jason's Deli, what do you think about bringing back the Portobello Mushroom Wrap? Pretty please! 😍

Haven't been at Jason's Deli
in a while. Pretty quiet, not crowded. I ordered the Texas Bar b q baked potato.
It was supposed to have
Bar b q on top. I found very
little bar b q!
That was disappointing
because I have ordered it
before and there was lots
of bar b q on the potato.
I thought I waited quiet a
long time to get my order
considering few people
being there. The meal was
good, just not what I had
expected from past visits.
Next time I 'll probably
get the salad bar. Can't go
wrong on that! They make
the best potato salad in
Dallas!
Ordered Catering from this location and they were attentive to the order being place and process. They delivered on time during the delivery time window. The catering came correct and everyone loved the community boxes and cookies.
I haven't been to one of these and they took it a step beyond and put a soft serve in the dining area and it's FREE!! WHAT?! YES! Thabk you for the awesome sandwiches!!
LOVE LOVE LOVE! Been coming since 2018 and it’s always our go to, amazing food, amazing people and amazing service. I just want to give a shoutout to Blanca for being a hardworking and an amazing employee! She’s amazing!
