Kinda pricey, but totally expected for room service. I had the brisket quesadilla and it was delicious. Tho only problem: the slice of pecan pie was DEFINITELY not big enough!! It was so yummy.
Chef Wade Burch has outdone himself!! We are still recovering from the food coma we fell into last night at Perle on Maple! Friendly attentive staff. Excellent food! Highly recommend the King Salmon and Crispy Shrimp. Restaurant wasn't very busy on a Friday night in Dallas...really need background music.

Great place for delicious food, great service and relaxing atmosphere. I had the Nicoise Salad which was very good. They also have a great wine menu and for an added bonus, Wednesday nights they offer half priced wine bottles!
Food and cocktails were amazing! Seating was too close they had half of the restaurant blocked off. If they had spaced out the seating I would give it 5 stars.
Best place to take out of town guests. The staff always remembers me and makes my guests feel like they have been coming there for years.
