Kinda pricey, but totally expected for room service. I had the brisket quesadilla and it was delicious. Tho only problem: the slice of pecan pie was DEFINITELY not big enough!! It was so yummy.

Chef Wade Burch has outdone himself!! We are still recovering from the food coma we fell into last night at Perle on Maple! Duck Confit Pancakes, Salmon, Duck Breast, Ahi Tuna Tartar and Profiteroles for dessert! And of course there was wine! Fun Fact-Chef Wade Burch was a Chopped contestant and winner! Here are a few photos of our experience. We will be back!

Friendly attentive staff. Excellent food! Highly recommend the King Salmon and Crispy Shrimp. Restaurant wasn't very busy on a Friday night in Dallas...really need background music.

I live in the Mid Cities area and visited Perle on Maple at The Stoneleigh hotel to meet up with some friends after work. The vibes in this restaurant are really sexy and elegant and the food is incredible too! It's a French Bistro which isn't the type of food I'd typically eat. I did step out of my comfort zone by trying the bone marrow appetizer. I won't lie to you... I had a hard time with the texture but the smooth flavor is something I haven't forgotten! For my entree I had the Colorado Lamb Loin Chops (had to look up the menu to remember). The lamb was so tender and cooked a perfect medium. For dessert we shared the creme brulee and chocolate lava cake. The service was great and we loved everything! This is the kind of restaurant I would take my mom out to for Mother's Day or a close friend to to celebrate a promotion or something.

If you have a special occasion birthdays anniversaries I would suggest highly that you go there if you could go as a group, even better! As a special treat our server suggested that we take adventure to the 11th floor and take a look around it was awesome The decor was 100 years old and we just got to look around very nice. Oh yes the food was excellent as you would expect from a five star hotel

Great place for delicious food, great service and relaxing atmosphere. I had the Nicoise Salad which was very good. They also have a great wine menu and for an added bonus, Wednesday nights they offer half priced wine bottles!

Food and cocktails were amazing! Seating was too close they had half of the restaurant blocked off. If they had spaced out the seating I would give it 5 stars.
