Which Wich

I live next door to this location and every time I order i get disappointed, most of the time when i go when i request a large they give me a regular sized, I ask for double meat(don’t mind the charge) but they forget one if the meats, sometimes charging me sometimes not. One of the times i ordered a large sandwich (and paid for it) i get handed my order and it looks short so i ask if its a large and they say yes but its clearly not. Staff is hit or miss some are super friendly but others are like the folks today who look like there frustrated that you’re even ordering, not hello, no words really at all other then “$10.07” last thing is portion size, sometimes its reasonable (I manage a restaurant so i get that they shouldn’t make it with to much) but for $10 i at least expect it to be as full as a Subway sub but half the time it looks like a panini. I like witchwich Just this location is disappointing. Revisited again for the first time today 5/2 and the new model was cool and the staff was awesome. The virtual order taking was cool to do but not sure if I’d enjoy it often and would prefer a touch screen tbh, but it’s cool to see them try new things.

Just got a great sandwich at Which Wich. Loved it!! Ordered the "Wicked Wich Cryptobox" and it was packed with lots of meat and flavor. It also came with a crytptocoin inside the box, how cool. The atmosphere inside this place was lively and vibrant. The people who worked there were super friendly and greeted us with a genuine smile. Great place to go for a quick bite.

The method of ordering is actually efficient, especially if they are busy. The sandwiches were good. The only thing that threw me off is that some homeless people came in and started asking customers for money or food. I gave half of my sandwich to someone. While I try to be giving, I think restaurants really ought to be more mindful and try to keep these people from coming in and lingering. I get being outside and asking, but o felt awkward and even a little nervous because let's be honest, some homeless people can have huge behavior problems. I have experienced, not in this place though, saying no to someone and having that person blow up at me and almost come at me. I was in this restaurant with a student, and I was concerned that something could happen. Just a thought.

I’ve eaten at Which Which sporadically for years. It’s good to know that nothing has changed between these visits. The food is delicious, the staff always friendly and polite, and the atmosphere inviting and casual. I love coming here, and should make it a point to do so more often, and so should you.
