Sassetta - Dallas - Photo album

Update: We have been back several times, driving well over an hour and paying a babysitter $20 per hour, so I can get the delicious rigatoni. The waiter last night told us that a new menu is coming in a few weeks. Please for the love of everything don’t get rid of the rigatoni or whipped ricotta. Th
Saturday late evening. Not crowded (holiday weekend) good food and service. Great view for people watching. Large portions. Expected pricing for major downtown luxury hotel.
Sasetta was absolutely delicious! We started with the tuna tartare and I had a lovely, colorful, yummy salad. Jessica was our server and was very thoughtful and welcoming. Great job! Only one thing, I would encourage a gluten free pasta and crust. I went to two other restaurants this week that had
I’ve been a few times now and I’ve never been let down. The service is always fantastic, the food is great and they have a nice wine selection. I’ve tried their appetizers, entrees and dessert - their whipped feta appetizer is my new regular it’s so delicious, and you can’t go wrong with their duck
We really enjoyed everything about this place.Justin was an awesome host, friendly and helpful. Cocktails were yummy .My Rigatoni was so tasty.
We came here for a date night when we were in town visiting, and decided to sit at the bar. Even though we weren’t hungry we ended up eating and spending almost 3 hours here. First of all, the service is wonderful. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our conversations with th
The restaurant is extremely chic and tastefully decorated. Great vibe. The two servers we had were very efficient and attentive. The food was fantastic, I couldn’t recommend it more. We’d come back here again and again!
What a perfect little spot! It was quiet for my late lunch and the service was PERFECT! 10/10 Glad I came here.
This is a beautiful restaurant with a nice atmosphere located inside a posh hotel. Staff is very friendly; our waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu etc. The pastas were fresh, tasty and portioned nicely. We were disappointed with the pizza. It didn’t meet our expectations. It was very dry an
I think Sassetta is a tad to fresh to be judged. I understand that previously it was an amazing place but right now they don't have their feet under them yet. The food I sampled was fine, nothing blew me away, but it was good. The price for most things on the menu was quite affordable, especially co
We went on opening night. Beautiful decor. Staff was helpful and friendly. The cauliflower caesar was SO good. To the point that we kept looking at it like how can something taste so amazing? Also got the Taleggio which was delicious too. Got a couple pastas that weren’t too memorable. The olive oil
Sorry for the photo but it was TOO GOOD. Rigatoni with burrata and jalapeño… OMG I just had a delightful mix of flavors and textures…. 10000% recommended … Melinda was my server so amazing and sweet. 1000 out of 10
Had dinner here because we stayed upstairs at the Joule, but the overall experience was surprisingly good. Victoria did a great job taking care of everything I could think of. Food-wise, the meatballs are must-try. I also liked the Calamari Fritto as well — it could be even better if the calamari we
Ok! How do I say this place isn’t amazing. Especially because the staff is so pleasant and polite. The bartenders are literally incredibly and genuine amazing people. I had a few different drinks, a salad and pasta. I heard pizza is really good. Will be going back again soon.
10 out of 10!! Every bite was perfection. The scallops were by far the best I've had anywhere and the carrot puree was soooo good. I'm tempted to go back tonight.
One of my favorite restaurants in dfw reopened downtown in the Joule hotel. Must get is the meatball appetizer. We got the crab raviolli, which was tasty but slightly too lemony. Great service as well. Free 2 hour valet.
Sassetta is back with a vengeance in their new location at the Joule downtown! Everything was excellent. The tuna carpaccio and the cauliflower caesar were both real show stoppers, the fresh pasta was spot on, and the service was top notch. Can’t wait to come back. A great addition to the downtown r
