The service was incredible. We were taken care of by Lorenzo and Diamond. We got the mild garlic VIP boil and it was a 10/10. SO flavorful with a little kick to it. This was my first time and I was definitely impressed. Coming back again soon.
I ordered the MVP, Kithen Sink hot. It was hot! I've had other similar plates at other places that were more flavorful. It was good. I'll go back and again and try a medium spice so I can judge the flavor better.
Service is always great! My servers have been friendly and knowledgeable. The manager is friendly and makes sure that everything is going well. I love Crystal and Ashton! Always pleasant, kind, and professional. I see raises in their future :-) This location is amazing. Keep up the good work.
Honestly the best seafood I've had in dallas so far! No wait, valet parking for $6, the fried onion rings, pickles and crab tots could have been cooked a little while longer but other than that it was excellent!
I loved visiting Shell Shack! Our service was great and we liked the ambiance. Our food did come out wrong, but the manager Nigel was very quick to fix the problem and have his chefs cook us our new meals! He was also very nice and patient with us. We will definitely be coming back to eat at Shell Shack and hopefully see Nigel again!
My friend and I have marked Shell Shack as our "go to" to treat ourselves for amazing food! My favorite are the Cajun Dungeness crab. I've always received great service from the servers and the staff are always so friendly. The managers come around each table to greet the guests and make them feel welcome. Looking forward to coming back soon! Also, treat yourself to a nice green tea shot!
Oh my goodness my husband and I have been to the Arlington location many times. It was my first time going to this location. My server Nyles was amazing he took service with a smile to a new level. This tall dark and handsome young man not only made sure all our food came out hot and quickly he answered all my questions regarding my allergens and was very helpful. Will come again.
This is my favorite place to eat seafood in Arlington Tx. The food is ALWAYS hot and nicely prepared! They close late which gives m and my husband a place to eat great food relax and watch sports! The staff is always very friendly and the bartenders and drinks are flawless! The Managers are very always very polite and attentive to everyone who comes in the restaurant!

Had a great birthday dinner here for my mom. The service was great and the food was great too. We haven't been here since before the pandemic and I was nervous the food would have changed. The Only thing that changed were the prices, and boy did they change 🤣🤣🤣. With all that's going on in the world high prices are expected. Anyway we will definitely be going back again.
The food has been quite good my last two visits. However, when my husband and I walked in, the young lady that was at the stand as a greeter was standing in front of it with her back turned on her cell phone. She NEVER turned around, so we seated ourselves in the bar area. The restaurant was quite empty for a Friday night, which made us skeptical...it wasn't very busy the last visit either, so I'm wondering about it's survival at this point.
The bartender finally asked us if we'd been helped. She came over right before I was about to get her attention, because the only guy serving was only tending to one table. Our food was very tasty... many people don't care for all the seasoning on the seafood versus steamed into it. We like both and the flavor has improved in our opinion. Our only complaint is of the lackluster service.
