Absolutely delicious, I will remember this meal for quite a long time. My husband and I went for my birthday and not only was the food absolutely incredible but the service was too! Our waiter walked us through the entire menu to explain everything and recommended pairings both for food and for wine to go with our food choices. We ended up starting with the famous sourdough bread, pasta with pork, sea bass, then the most delicious dessert we’ve ever had- a chocolate/almond/caramel cake with a banana gelato. We will definitely be back!

We went here last for our date night. I hadn't been here since they moved and everything including the service was spectacular! We sat at the bar, because we just like bars and Audrey was killer. They explained everything that we asked with great detail. Now the food.. we started with the cucumber melon salad, which is something I personally wouldn't get because of what it is. It was killer! We then got a pasta sure but we ate it too fast and didn't take picture. For dinner I got the duck breast and she got the skate and they were both delicious. For dessert we got a blueberry sorbet, also delicious. If you haven't been here, do yourself a favor and make the reservation because it takes a while, but it's absolutely worth it!!

Service was excellent! The salumi board was delish, and the white truffle agnolotti was to die for. We also loved the financier. However, the duck was quite tough, and we felt the trout and gnocchi were lacking. Overall, good but a little sticker shocked when our bill for 4 was $525.

An excellent place to celebrate a few birthdays with some out of town guests. The staff really helped us celebrate. The server asked if we had dietary restrictions and brought back a marked up menu on what we could and couldn’t have. The tagliatelle was the sleeper hit but the lamb three ways was excellent too. We tried three anti-pastas and were all great but the bread was outstanding. I’m a firm believer that simple things executed well is sublime. Make sure you make resos early and celebrate in a special way.

This was probably the best meal I've ever had. It was also the most expensive - over $200 for one appetizer and two entrees, with one glass of wine and one mocktail. I took my dad here to celebrate the end of his cancer treatment, so I didn't care how much it cost. But the service was over the top with how attentive and pleasant everyone was, and the food could not be beat. Go if you can. You won't regret it. We didn't.

At first, I was a little worried about sitting at the bar but it was actually very enjoyable. The bar space is really big and our server was very attentive and I felt the entire staff took turns saying hi to every table and making sure everyone was having a good night. We got everything to share: the chef’s choice salumi, sourdough, pasta, skate fish, duck and rum baba. It was the perfect amount of food for two people to share. The only meal I was not a fan of was the skate dish - first time having skate and not my kind of fish personally. The staff was very knowledgeable about the food and provided excellent explanation and recommendations about the menu. I loved the pasta and the duck was excellent. Everything was beautifully presented and paced out perfectly and we even made it to the end with delicious rum cake dessert and French pressed coffee. We had a great date night and overall it felt very special - they go above and beyond here - they change their menu frequently and I’m excited to go back again sometime to try something new.

We learned about Lucia because they were named the winner for Outstanding Restaurant James Beard 2023 award! In short, beautiful ambiance and impeccable service!! While there are no Michelin-star restaurants in Dallas, the experience at Lucia is basically on par with a one star. Our server skillfully explained each dish, so that we can better decide on what to order. Since the menu is constantly changing, check their Instagram to get updates on their latest featured dishes. But oh man. We loved the food experience! The quality of each dish and attention to detail in both presentation and flavor left us wanting more! The food description is in the caption of each picture. For four people, we ordered drinks, three Antipasta (appetizer), two Primi (small dish), two Secondi (entree), and two Dolci (dessert). The total came out to be $344 which included the tax and 20% service fee.

WORTH THE WAIT AND CANNOT WAIT TO COME BACK. We had the fico as our appetizer, cheesy gooey delicious. Then the mushroom risotto and pistachio pesto mortadella ravioli, splendid! The only downside was the skate (my first time having it, would love to try it again) was very salty. Wasn’t sure if it was the Texas beans or the flour dusting they used, and the Bavette was under seasoned. The anchovy butter only added a strong fishy flavor to the steak. Our server, Stratton(?), was fantastic and major props to Raul, he is one of the best server assistants I’ve witnessed work. Like I said, though, I cannot wait to go back. I love pasta and this is some of the best, if not THE best, I’ve had in DFW.

The wait is worth it. Requires a reservation ahead of time due to the popularity, though the fandom is absolutely understandable. Quaint yet classy restaurant with a modern italian ambiance, it feels like a step out of Dallas and into Rome. Staff is absolutely wonderful and attentive, quick to explain or recommend anything from the menu. The food is absolutely fantastic, some of the best DFW has to offer.

After waiting a month for a reservation we were finally able to have dinner at lucia. Food was incredible, unfortunately service was not what i would expect from a james beard nominated restaurant. My favorite 2 dishes that i would absolutely recommend are mortadella ravioli with pistachio pesto and the smoked parmigiano, manu is constantly changing so there is no guarantee you'll be able to find these dishes when you visit. Service 3/5 this was my only issue with the restaurant and this is why i would think twice before coming back. First they force you to order all the plates/appetizers at the beginning and if you want to order something else later they tell you its not possible. Second, i felt rushed by our server. As soon as we were done with the plates he would rush to remove it and bring the next thing, one person in our tables was was still eating the last pieces of his plate when the server took away his plate. On the reservation it said that they would hold our table for 2 hours, but we were out of the restaurant after one hour and 15 minutes after we got there. Food was incredible 5/5, probably some of the best pastas ive had. Ambiance 5/5 the restaurant is small, cozy and very well decorated. Perfect place for a special celebration. The place has no parking so you would have to park on the street. During the week should be no problem, but during weekend might be hard to find parking. Pricing 5/5 its not cheap, but you get good bang for your buck. Overall experience was good except for the issue that we were being rushed.
