Hillstone is a restaurant that’s always a real treat and one of my very favorite places ever! When they have the grilled artichokes in season, oh my GOSH, get them!! 🤩 The spinach & artichoke dip is just delicious, and the veggie burger vegetarian option was better than most I’ve tasted at a sit-down restaurant in a while! It’s always such a great time getting to dine at Hillstone, and besides the incredible food, the service is amazing as well! Always look forward to returning!
One of my favorite go to lunch spots. Reliably great food and service every time. Plus, hands down the best salad in Dallas - Thai Mango Noodle (I add chicken).

What a great place! If you're looking for a good date place, look no further than HillStone. The atmosphere is comfortable and luxurious without being too snooty. The food is next level, mostly American style dishes but elevated with a fresh and interesting twist. We had the spinach dip, Hawaiian steak, grilled trout, spaghetti squash, creamed corn and the baked potato. Everything was great, we will definitely be back. NOTE TO READER: be sure to make reservations, this place is popular and you don't want to wait longer than needed to experience their tasty food.
I really enjoyed my experience very much, the food and service were great! Then it came time to pay, I had a Visa gift card I was using for my birthday, they informed me they could not accept the card because it did not have a chip , but it came with the slider bar and bar code numbers on the back. So of course I was a little upset that I could not use that money to pay my bill. Since it was given to me for my birthday. After rounds with the waitress, supervisor and a manager the GM stepped up and took care of the bill , WOW was not looking for that to happen, but forever grateful a very nice birthday present! I enjoyed the restaurant and will be back and bring my card with a chip or cash , lol thanks so very much! That's how you manage!
We went for a dinner on a Saturday night and enjoyed the amazing ambiance and delicious food. We made the reservation and were seated promptly after arrival. The service was great in the beginning but it went below average once we ordered our main course. We ordered the pan-roasted Salmon and the Filet for the main course and the food came back perfectly cooked and at the right temperature. Our dessert, the warm brownie was delicious, but we just couldn’t anymore enjoy it, or stay for coffee as the service had gone way below average and we were getting irritated. So we decided to leave early before it ruins our dinner.
We dined at the bar and the food and service were great! We had the Rainbow Trout which was fresh but bland and the Hawaiian Ribeye which was very flavorful and tender.

The upscale vibe and the delectable meal was a recipe for a successful business lunch. Reservations are recommended. Although we secured a reservation, there was still a wait but it wasn’t a problem. Our server provided wonderful service. The Pan Roasted Salmon and Spinach and Artichoke Dip were amazing! The fireplace, the bar and the patio make Hillstone a great choice for single diners, couples or coworkers. Parking can be challenging but it’s conveniently located.
The food was great, the service was great. Hillstone seems to have come up with a formula that works and stuck to it. Everything feels very curated and thought through. The server was knowledgeable and helpful. I think I had the best veggie burger I've ever tasted.
Fantastic! The service and food were both top notch. We came here on a whim after a Christmas party and were blown away by everything. I seriously recommend the smoked salmon appetizer; absolutely delicious!
Always delicious, best French dip around. Would love for you guys to have lemonade again for Arnold Palmer’s, but we love coming here and get the same items every time.
