Dunkin'

An average Dunkin doughnut shop. The young lady that was taking my order seemed totally disinterested in being there. I felt like I 'was putting her out' by just being there. No smile. No "Thank you for stopping by" or anything. Won't go back again I'm sure. The doughnuts may have been fresh, but they didn't taste like it. Very average or slightly below average experience.

Management needs to get it together. This location is Hit-or-Miss most days. Some days the service is phenomenal. The majority of days, there's NO communication between any of the team members aiding you at the drive thru. You will get asked the same question multiple times, and still not recieve a correct order. Some days the donuts are stale, most days after 10am the baked goods/donut selection is limited. They hardly ever have the milk alternatives (soy, coconut milk, almond milk etc) and usually ask you to make a substitution. Even if you use the app to make an order for pickup to save time, you'll end up waiting and recieving a poorly constructed drink or breakfast sandwich. More ice than coffee even when you ask for less ice, and never sweet if you ask for sweeteners. This is the place to go if you want your coffee to taste like burning paper. On their good days, they do have fast service times. They sacraficed accurate and friendly for speed I guess.

not to be a karen but this is absolutely ridiculous! i asked for napkins and they crumbled them up like a wad of toilet paper…. then i got no straw and then my coffee wasn’t that great also mind u i ordered a thing of bagel bites and only got two and i’ve had bad experiences every time not worth it at all…

If Dunkin as a corporation was judged based on what this location is serving, I can't see how they would still be in business. The espresso drinks always taste burnt. The donut I had today was so hard it could have been used as a weapon lol. The last try previous to this one the sandwich I ordered was inedible as well. I think I'm throwing in the towel. I guess I'll have to try Dawsonville. It's unfortunate - I keep hoping for better, but am tired of wasting my money :(

The staff here is nice. I have been disappointed in the slim selection of donuts here. (I do love a good donut selection!) I tried an Apple Fritter here once (one of my faves) and it was disappointing. Maybe they've improved it in the last year, I don't know I haven't tried again. That being said their Avocado Toast is absolutely AMAZING! My son and I enjoyed it very much. Not to mention Dunkin Donut coffee is one of the best.
