I was served COLD HARD DRY OLD chicken strips and old dry hot cole slaw. After we waited over 30 minutes for this mess?? I will be calling corporate and taking the whole box back up to the location tomorrow and demanding a REFUND. This is the worst ever. After I get my refund, I plan to NEVER go to this nasty place again.

This KFC has the cleanest dining room of any fast food place in town, heck in Gwinnett County. The person I saw cleaning rest room was working really hard and it smelled nice in there

Sad, I checked my box and noticed wrong chicken. I had my fingers on chicken and they threw the drum stick back on the rack and replaced with correct order!! Wow!! This means bad training, bad management!!

Waited for 30 mins in the drive thru..then when started placing order..I was asked to hold for at least 5mins...never received the gravy w my mashed potatoes and no eating utensils

Came here after a long time and ordered from Taco Bell. Found some used plastic bag in my drink. I am just glad I didn’t drink it when I was in my car. Adding pics. Not going to come back here again. Throwing the rest of the food as well. Just can’t take the risk.

Once we waited in line for a very long time , when we got to the window to order they were out of chicken. We had to get tacos and we have a abundance of tacos now because the food that we had ti wait so long for the people we were bringing it home to had to go on to work. Spent way to much money. Would really like to get a response from management to make this right.
