Ordered my food after standing at the counter for 10 minutes. Several other people got their food before us that had ordered after. We had to go inquire about the food. it was just sitting on the counter. It took them 5 minutes to notice us waiting on them to find out where it food was.
The sandwich was cool. The fries were cold. 1 of them only half full. No one looks at the front counter.
Not a single employee has a hair net. Hair all over the place. Horrible experience.

Great food! The service here is always better than others and I personally get the #1 classic and it is never made wrong and my order is always correct. Definitely recommend for families and friends that want meat fast without a wait.

Ordered through the app. Order said would be ready at 1:34pm. Arrived at 1:42pm and waited in drive thru line for 5 minutes. Was told to “pull up” and waited again. By 1:54pm I went in to check on my order. I went inside and my order was just sitting there. Cold. I had to ask for new fries. Manager said the thought someone brought our order out to us.
If I come back, I won’t order on the app.

Again, I go thru the drive thru and again it is quite evident that the staff serving at the drive thru would rather be having a root canal. They were not friendly or engaging. This Arby's has no customer service. It is, "take orders, get the food, slam it out the window and get you in and out! Just a little courtesy thanking me for coming to Arby's would go a long way in my book. I don't know if the staff at this location is capable of any customer service. I have not witnessed any customer appreciation at all.

At 1215pm, they have no drinks, only tea. Also no shakes. Management for this location is a JOKE.

King's hawaiin fish deluxe was pretty tasty but is no longer available like i'd hoped and they were made SLOPPILY! Please make your sandwiches to look like on your advertisements that you're showing on TV.
