Taco Bell

Terrible drive through service. It took the better part of 15 minutes to get 2 soft tacos and 2 hard tacos. Told to pull around the building every time. Whoever owns this franchise is failing and I go out of my way to not go there for this reason. If you’re in a hurry for fast food I’d recommend driving right past this location. If I do go to this location again I’ll sit at the window until my food is ready. If everyone does that then they have no choice but to not take more orders until they get their act together.

Ok now I know things are a little different now but every single time we come to this location we are told to pull around and they will bring us our food. We normally order online to help speed up the process but this time it took over 30 minutes of waiting in the drive through to actually get our food. I mean seriously, this is not fast food at this point. If we could have talked to someone we would have just canceled and gone elsewhere. I would drive to a different location if you’re in a hurry. Still a Taco Bell fan for life just not this location!!!

This Taco Bell really makes it seem like they’re not putting already cooked ingredients together, instead they’re building jet engine, because that’s how long it takes to get food here. They’ve gone the extra hassle to save their per customer timer average by asking people to pull around in front of the restaurant. Line there didn’t move for 5 minutes. That’s just for it to move, actually getting your food is more like 15 minutes. It’s actually impressive how much of a meal (lol) they’re making of this.

This place is consistently terrible. Just ordering seems to bother the workers who can be seen just messing around. Consistently gets orders wrong. This time was the last time I will be going there. The usual frustration ordering with a girl who just cant hide her indifference and just doesn't care at all. I am given my drink that is all carbonated water and asked to wait. I ask for another drink and the guy just stares at me. He finally takes the old drink silently and with a look that says 'i don't want to do this job' and gets me the new drink and I go...I get home and for like the 3rd time EVERYTHING was wrong with my order. I assume they gave me someone else's order because there wasn't a single thing in the bag that I actually ordered. I recommend going elsewhere...I don't give many low ratings like this but this place is consistently bad in services and if they care so little about the service I can only imagine how they handle the food.

I am a Taco Bell fan. Never had an issue with them. But this Taco Bell is complete GARBAGE. No matter what you order. It WILL be wrong or missing. You could order one taco with nothing on it at all, just a shell and IT WILL SOMEHOW BE WRONG. I continuously have an issue with this Taco Bell. This is the 4th time I’ve ordered from this Taco Bell and every time I’ve ordered it had been wrong. I ordered two Gorditas and instead got taco shells with meat and cheese only. The people that work here are incompetent. They don’t even know how to hand you the food correctly without dropping your food on the floor. DO NOT EAT HERE. They will not answer the phone either if you have an issue. I’ve never seen such stupidity from a fast food place. I get it, it’s Taco Bell, what can I really expect. It would just be nice to at least get WHAT I PAID FOR.

Very rarely do I ever write a 1 star review, but this location earned it every time I’ve gone here. Currently pulled around to the front sitting in line for going on 15 minutes. Last time was 30 mins, got my food handed to me by the guy that just rolled in the trash can and couldn’t have possibly washed his hands that quickly.. The service here is terrible, the workers come across as not wanting to be there, and that was evident when they neglected to turn on the drive thru lights at 8:45pm. Never greeted at the window.. literally, no customer service at all. You would think whomever owns this place would’ve taken heed to the complaints by now unless his/her drive is equivalent to the workers that are hired. Even with the gas prices the way they are right now, I will gladly drive further to the other location from now on. Ridiculous.

They purposely have people pull through to the other side of the restaurant when you go through the drive through, even when no one is there. This is all in an effort to game the wait time metrics for the drive through which reset when you drive away. Lackadaisical staff get orders wrong more often than right (not sure it's ever been right) and are genuinely disinterested in being there. I assign them zero points, and we're all worse off (for those that have) for having visited this establishment.
