Jack In The Box

Absolutely disgusting. I drive around for work and stopped to get a quick bite to eat before my next appointment. I go through the drive thru and then continue to my job about 15 mins away. I park to eat really quick I take 2 bites and just happened to turn my sandwich around the dang bread had MOLD on it. I’ve called numerous times but no answer and it was out of my to go back at that exact moment. How in the world do you not check what you are serving? The audacity of the cook and the manager to allow their food to go bad and still serve it! I’m pretty sure they’ll have a lawsuit coming their way!!!

Curly fries remind me a lot of arbys fries they're pretty good! I got the swiss burger and will definitely get it again. I also got their loaded fries and the cheese sauce they use worked! I was skeptical at first because it looked a mess but it all comes down to the taste. I ordered from their app and I really like how it gives you the option for them to start your food after you pay. Unfortunately I didn't see that part and got to the drive thru and they hadn't started the order yet 😭. They were able to complete the order in a couple of minutes, this location did great!

The drive through was very fast. Nice clean location. The fries were cold and their tacos should be called grease in a shell. I feel like Jack in the Box could do better with their packaging. With the tacos being so greasy and only wrapped in paper instead of foil, they leaked through the paper bag and got all over my leather seat of my brand new car.

The drive thru cashier at this location is terrible, the latino woman was extremely rude during the whole process of my transaction from start to finish. As she gave me my order I noticed the salsa was missing, so I asked her for some of it and she shoved it and my hand and closed the window. I couldn't do nothing but look at her through the glass. Attitudes like hers is why some customers snap. She needs to work on her customer service and give receipts for the transactions because I didn't receive mine. This isn't the first time I experienced this lady the first time I think it was the manager took over my order and sent her away.

This is probably one of the best locations I've been to. Food is always fresh and hot. Order is 97% accurate with friendly service. The manager is super sweet and both the day & evening crew seem to have a good system to ensure the line isn't too long. This is usually my "cheat day" place and I like that it's always clean as well.
