Mcdonald's

I give the space at 3 star because it's a McDonald's and the food is always same as other places. The service has been a bit better recently but still needs a lot of work. They forgot one of my items that I had ordered. The manager said for us to pull to the side and that it would be brought out to us so we waited other cars came and went in our food was still missing. After like 15 minutes my husband went inside to see what was going on and the manager said "Oh I'm sorry! I completely forgot about your order".

Didn't want to wait in long drive through lane. Went inside. Wanted to pay cash. Waited a long time. Finally drive through was slow so Went through. When I got home (not that far).fries and sandwich were cold. Sandwich was was put together by a 2year old half of the Sandwich was on part of bun when the other wasn't even on the bun.. I don't think I will recommend this McDonald's and I won't be going back.

This location is okay, its not my favorite because it's small so there are not many seats, but it's usually clean. There is almost always a wait in the drive-thru, so order pick-up instead. The staff is usually friendly and the food is priced well. Not sure why, but people have calls on their speakerphone while they eat here, it's kinda strange. 3 visits and 3 speaker calls. Please people, let's stop this trend.

The food varies from Meh😒 to really good😍. You really should ask them to cook your food fresh. The store is a 2.5. They can't seem to get good management or competent staff. This location has had issues for the last 15 years. They've only had two managers in all that time that were fabulous. When those two were there it ran like a well-oiled machine. That was 5 yrs ago. I can't properly say what's going on NOW because of the perpetual ongoing b.s. of 2020, so I don't know NOW if it's just short staffing or if nobody seems to know how to manage anymore. It's like no one really hears you and what you're saying oh, it's like they have massive concentration problems. You have to check your order before you leave EVERY time. You have a GREAT chance of getting sweet tea when you request unsweet. Everything has to be checked...and now with the app there's a lot of confusing things for the staff. So you have to MAKE SURE AND CHECK when you're using your deals and points. Just so you know you can you use a buy whatever and get something free deal and also use your points to get a free sandwich ect AT THE SAME TIME. Sadly only the manager knows how to do this. When I came to the pay window the lady was telling me that I couldn't use it. So I said no I didn't want the extra sandwich because I wasn't going to pay for something that was supposed to be free and the other item was supposed to be a $1. I left the drive-thru window and had 2 sandwiches. So I went back saying I don't want to take what is not mine and the manager said I was the one that took your order so I know how to ring out the daily deal & your points together. The cashier didn't understand how to do that. It is always something.

They refuse to take orders unless it’s on the kiosk. Several older adults were having a really hard time and a rude girl kept yelling at them to use the kiosk and was of zero help. They will never take your order unless you use the kiosk. A few two or three nice people but the majority Including the lady general manager are always rude. Go the Burger King down the road.

After seeing the men's restroom, I decided not to eat here. Its disgusting. Feces stains in the wall and handicap metal bar. Tissue with feces floating in the toilet. Second time in two different days and its still disgusting!! Drink and water on the lobby area floor. This is an health hazard bacteria born laboratory. Please don't eat here.
