Horrible staff. I am at this location now making this comment. I am a doordasher and got an order to pickup here 03/29/2022. I was at their door around 10:12am (the door was supposed to be open 10am) but it was locked. After some minutes of waiting at the door, a short latina lady was at the door to tell me that I should give her a second. After about 3 minutes of waiting outside, at the door, I drove into the drive through requesting to be served. Same lady now demanded I go around, out of her drive through and back via the door. This after I'd spent about 10 minutes waiting to pickup just an order. I refused her instructions, demanding to be served via the drive through. She said she refuses to serve me and I refused to move out of the drive through. An African American colleague of hers (male) came in and resolved the impass. I have uploaded her picture here, she is backing me hence I couldn't get a v clear shot.

Horrible staff. Refused to take our order. They demanded we use the kiosk to do it ourselves. I told them 3 times nicely that the kiosks did not have some of the items we were ordering and I needed them to place the order. They stood and argued longer then it would have taken to just place the order. Total incompetence at this location. I would give negative stars if it would let me. This location needs to close if they can’t do the one thing they are there for, which is make food for people.

Horrible experience!!!!! 20 minute wait that drive thru. Asked for 10 password hot sauce over speaker and wanted to confirm at window. 4 burritos ordered. Rude response short on hot sauce. Substitute anything else. Nope Want my money back .used a card. Nope need to move on other customers waiting. Will not go back here again. No more chances.

This is the worst taco bell EVER. We are eating inside and it is so hot, like the air conditioner is broken. You have to order off the screens and the modifiers do not work. The young weasel behind the counter didn't believe that I ordered a large drink and was extremely rude about it. He said he would let them know that I changed my order to chicken instead of beef, they didn't. I had to ask 3 times for them to wipe the tables and they never did. They are rude and not considerate at all.

Worst service! Walked in and four employees in the kitchen on their phones. Two of them looked at me and kept playing on their phones. The third girl looked at me and got back on phone after giving me a nasty look, like I was bothering her. After a minute, she walk up to the counter and asked if paying cash. I said card and she looked passed, didn't say another word and turned and went back into the kitchen. Then another girl came up, looked at us now, another customer walked in. Turned around, came back up and said that you can order right behind, as if she was to busy to help us. And then rudely turned her back on us and walked away. At that point, I just left and went to McDonald's!

So, this is the second time I've been ignored by your staff. Today, I walked into your empty lobby, walked to the counter, picked what I wanted. A "lady" walked up, looked at me, made an obvious audible sigh and walked off. Didn't even acknowledge I was there except for the sigh. She didn't come back. You had zero customers waiting inside, one car in the drive thru. I went elsewhere and now I'm sitting in the lot looking at the 4 food places we have here. Your's is the ONLY one without customers. The other three have a lot of traffic, you have none. No one in your dive thru, no customers inside. It's easy to see why everyone in Fairfield bags on your store. I won't be back.
