Chipotle Mexican Grill

I've been here 3 times and all 3 times, my experience was nothing but underwhelming. The tables are never cleaned and look disgusting, as if they want you to take your food home, instead of eating at the establishment. The portion sizes are also pretty small compared to your general Chipotle standards. The workers are just to young to care about keeping everything tidy, clean, and providing a positive customer experience. Only giving 2 stars, because at least the meat tasted fresh (despite only giving me 6 pieces of steak and a huge chuck of fatty steak). I highly recommend going to a different location.

Purchased 3 burrito bowls ordered to go. The order was ready and picked up right at the earliest time it said it would be available. On the dot. I live about 5 minutes away from this location so it's a short drive. The food itself was very good! The only reason I felt I needed to take a star down was the food was a bit on the cool side. Mine was just slightly warm but my wife's and daughters were a bit too cool and required to be reheated. Aside from the food being a bit colder than should be expected with the circumstances. Was otherwise pleased with my visit and food selections. The food was prepared very well.

During my visit there was a difficult customer. Trying to get a catering order or the price of a bowel. The entire team remained friendly and polite. Even though the lady was holding up the line for a good 10 min. I appreciated the teams professionalism. The manager on duty was on the line working with her team which impressed me even more. I will be returning to this location. I would totally recommend it to everyone.

This was my Chicken and Carnitas Burrito bowl in the picture (online order) - Only meat, no rice, no beans, no cheese, no salsa - NOTHING ELSE!! I thought it might have been the delivery person that messed up but it was the restaurant that sent this. When I called to get them to fix it, they asked me to place another order. They could have fixed this easily but didn't even try. Never going here or ordering out of this place.

This location is sub par. It's not dirty but not clean either. Someone needs to be cleaning the tables and making sure they're not dirty. The younger staff definitely needs to improve on their customer service. They'll try skimping you on meat or anything that you ask to be added to your burrito or burrito bowl. I hope the manager reads my review and understands I'm not the only one who thinks this location needs to have better service.

The pictures explains the rating.This chipotle is a joke. Went and asked them if they changed the tortilla size and the dude responds back with “it’s all the same size”. If that was the case then the kids meals would be a bit bigger wouldn’t they? I got a kids burrito which chipotle apparently sells now.
