Panera Bread

This is the worst Panera I have ever been to. It’s clear they don’t have it together. I ordered online and gave them extra time before I showed up and it wasn’t ready. The inside was closed so I went through the drive thru where they told me to go through a side door. Inside, it looks like they haven’t cleaned… everything is a mess… I am included photos. It was so gross it made us not even want to eat the food. You cannot reach this location by phone, the number on Google never works. Probably so they don’t have to listen to complaints. I’ve never been able to reach them. So we just tweeted at the main Panera account who gave us a refund. We sent them the photos too. I wish they’d shut this location down or actually try to make it better. This is not just due to anything regarding the pandemic. It was bad even before then. Their listed phone number has never worked even a few years ago. I’m done with this location now. For good.

I walked in, noticed their are kiosk to one side to take my order. I asked the lady behind the count if I am supposed to order from these. I dont honestly know as I haven't been here in a while. I was flagged down by another woman who asked me to order via her. I make my order based on what's avaliable. I pay 15.57 for what you see in the photo. A 4-5 ounce chicken, Brioche bun, some spicy condiment and pickle chips (3 or 4 on sandwich) and the 1 ounce kettle cooked Potato chips (Super super plan) and a large drink. My problem is this. Nothing here is made fresh, nothing is created by the staff. Everything you buy and eat here was made in a factory and packaged here. They unwrap it and warm it up and give it to you. And then charge you the price of somewhere who cooked from raw. This play is a present Microwave food joint. Nothing more Nothing less. The people are nice and their service is nice. The value is not that great. This location appears to be closing soon. No one is ever in here. Right now at the busiest time of the morning. Two consumers including me. And I've been here for 30 mins. Something needs to change before this place goes under. I use to love coming here. But after this nearly 16 dollar sandwich, chips and drink... I might avoid them next time.

Typing this as I'm walking out. Ordered the steak and cheese sandwich, one of my favorites at other locations, but this particular one had to have easily had a quarter pound of horse radish on it. I have no problem with horse radish, however, a little is a lot, and a lot is way too much. I couldn't get 2 bites into the sandwich before I had to stop. I'm not normally one to complain or ever leave a negative review, but the sandwich I bit into was probably the single nastiest thing I've ever ordered. That's just my rant on the sandwich. Then we roll over to the staff, the staff were bad before we even got to the front of the line. The girl working register was being extremely rude to an older lady who simply couldn't read the menu and asking for assistance, asked her if she was stupid, told her to hurry up, absolutely atrocious and inexcusable behavior. I get to the front and I am met with a very rude "what?", she is short the entire time I put in my order. That all being said, this has to have been one of my worst fast food experiences to date, and I will probably be dragging this location through the mud for a while.

Every time I visit this Panera they are always out of 80% of their own menu. My last visit was the worst, I made an order 24 hours in advance over the phone and had given them payment. I went the next day to pick up my order and no one knew anything about it. They had the information on the computer but no order ready. It wasn't until finally one of the workers came to tell me that they ran out of bagels because they didn't fill the order in the morning. I was issued a refund but in all honesty that was not a solution because I had no bagels for my event.

We had to wait over 20 min for our food, I had to back up to the window because I thought they forgot about me and then the person in the window told me they just clocked in when I told them we had been waiting on our food. After waiting all that time, we arrive home with the completely wrong sandwich, that wasn’t even wrapped in our bag, just loosely placed in a paper, the wrong side dish on one sandwich, nothing on the French onion soup, and a completely diff sandwich than what was ordered. It’s just so disappointing to wait, be forgotten. And then have the complete wrong order. Only ONE item was correct.

Terrible! Would never go again workers were rude, disrespectful. We waited 45 minutes for just to end up having to ask for a refund with no food. My daughter was very hungry. We had to ask 5 times for the status of our order. Every time we went to ask the girl rolled her eyes and said that we are working on it and said that she will call our name once it was ready! VERY MEAN! DO NOT RECOMMEND. Would give it 0 stars if it was possible.

The food is fine - same as any Panera anywhere - but the service is trash. It always takes way too long, and they consistently screw something up in my order. I don't do special requests either - just whats on the menu - but I always get the wrong soup, or wrong sandwich, or a salad with no dressing.
