Firehouse Subs

I placed an online order and I showed up and Torri the employee that was still there told me that they turned everything off already? I placed my order at 6:47 and pick-up time was at 7:05. Your store hours are until 9 pm. I can’t believe this, this is a horrible experience. The employees could have easily given me a courtesy call and let me know they weren’t going to make my dinner. That’s very poor customer service on their part and that is upsetting.

Great place to come after a full day of shopping at cypress outlets. I usually go to the food court, but getting outside of the outlet is less crowded and cheaper. This place is clean, the staff is very friendly. My steak and cheese, and the smokehouse beef cheddar brisket were awesome. I never been disappointed by the quality and taste.

I haven’t eaten here in a few years not for any bad reasons it was just out of my way and I didn’t remember if I liked it. Turns out, I love it! I didn’t know what to get and I had Brandon be more than happy to help me out! He was great and gave a thorough explanation on the subs to help me make my pick! The subs were delicious and what I was craving for. Definitely going to come back more than I was before. Friendly staff and good scenery with even better food.

Horrible. Rude. Came in from out of town for a soccer tournament… came in to order sandwiches for our team (not with us … resting at hotel). When I had the order and said I have 17 sandwiches I need to order, the lady behind the counter said “no. We can’t do that. We can’t make that many.” Mind you, I let a lady go in front of me to order her sandwich first… and their were maybe 6 people in the restaurant (already eating). I said, so if I had my 17 girls here in person ordering their food you would not serve us? She said well… it would just take a while. FULLY AWARE that it takes a while to make 17 sandwiches … know this when traveling and trying to feed a team. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Poor service and horrible for your community.

DONT COME HERE! Just witnessed this guy making a sandwich and the sandwich fell on his clothes and he continued to make the sandwich and wrap it. I said something about it and he was playing like he didn’t know what i was talking about when its mayo all over the bottom of his shirt. THATS DISGUSTING i will be calling corporate and getting the video footage.
