The food is always fresh and delicious! We each ordered the family meal which cost $12 each and comes with your choice of hot and sour soup, wonton soup or egg drop soup an egg roll and two cheese puffs, fried or white rice. I ordered fried dumplings and Mongolian Beef. Dad ordered Beef with Vegetables. Mom ordered Pepper Steak. We all shared and it was the best!

We were very happy with our meal at Fang’s. Food was flavorful, tasted fresh, and well priced!

Clean, prompt service, and good Chinese food. I had the sweet and sour chicken and it was fried perfectly... a nice, crisp fried batter that tasted like it was fried in fresh oil, not oil that's been used over and over. The chicken was very good. My husband had the house noodle soup and really enjoyed it. We'll be coming here from now on.

We have always been big fans of Fangs but last night must have been an off night. We got our hot food before our sushi even though we ordered it well in advance of placing our dinner. Sushi did not come out like it normally looks but it was still good. However what was not good was the fried food. It tasted like old grease and my husband and I both stopped eating. Advised the waiter and he said they don't do refunds but we could take home the food. Both my husband and I ended up sick all night. Very disappointed considering we've been going there so long and paid $50 to get sick and leave hungry.

This place was very enjoyable. For starters we tried their Shrim Spring Rolls. The peanut sauce they had had to be the best peanut sauce I've had in a while. It was awesome.
We tried their salmon skin hand roll. They were great. I don't normally get eel sauce on my Salmon Skin handrolls, but it was a very sweet taste. The addition of the yamagobo is new, to me. I've never had that on any dish. But that with the Eel sauce gave it a savory amd sweet vibe that I liked.
For our rolls we tried the Red Angel roll amd the Yumi-yumi roll. The Red Angel is a very light and flavorful roll with crisp asparagus and shrimp in the roll, topped with avocado and smoked salmon.
The Yumi-yumi roll was deliciously sweet with chopped scallop topped with salmon and this intriguing mango mustard sauce that was tangy and sweet at the same time. It was a very refreshing roll.
I also tried some of their smoked salmon sashimi. The portion was a good size, with thick cuts. The smokiness was light but flavorful.
For dessert my wife wanted to try their Coconut Sorbet Fruit Shell. It's a coconut sorbet topped with shredded coconuts, served in a halved coconut shell. The flavor was very tropical and very refreshing for the end of a hot day with no A/c, at home. So we were very thankful we tried that! Haha!
The manager was very friendly and informative. All in all, I look forward to a return visit.

This place is hit or miss, at first food was served fresh and well prepared, dine in, but issues with carryout, rice was undercooked, smaller portions. The waiter always has a bad attitude. My recent visit, the food was not fresh, the breading was tough and chewy like it was leftover from the weekend. Usually their General Tso Chicken is freshly made and tastes fresh, but not this time. Not sure if they changed their cook because their food has not been the same for awhile. Also, it would be helpful if they specify if they use Non-GMO rice and no MSG ingredients. I've noticed to have gastro issues after eating chinese food.

This is hands down the worst "chinese" food my wife and I have ever had. It has to be difficult to make General Tso's chicken completely devoid of flavor, but somehow they accomplished it. And by the way "Fang," adding a little bit of soy sauce to white rice doesn't make it fried rice. Save yourself the money and disappointment and never buy from this establishment. Zero stars if that was an option.
