Jack In The Box

We got there and made our order around 1030pm. When we got to the window we paid and then he asked if we wanted whipped cream on our shake apparently we didn't answer fast enough for him so he waved his hands up and down until we gave him the answer. Then he gave us our drinks in a drink carrier which was fine but then my husband began to remove our drinks from the drink carrier and the guy at the window told my husband man if you didn't want a drink holder you should have to me. He never asked if we wanted one and my husband stated he didn't ask for one and the guy gave us attitude about that as well. He gave us our food and then slammed the window nearly catching my husband's hand in it. I had kids in the car and he was throwing around profanity with the window open like I said worst experience at a jack in the box and will not go back to this location. I wish I could give this guy at the window a 0 rating. A 1star is definitely too high for him. If you don't like your job then leave do not be in customer service if this is how you believe you should treat people.

Arguing with customers and saying their gonna spit in my food.we had to wait over an hour for our order and he gave us a straight up attitude when we first get there, that's not right. The guy tells me to wait I waited long enough to order so I said "hello" and he said "didn't I tell you to wait" he shouldn't be like that when we need to order we shouldn't be having to wait long for us to order. I see all these bad reviews this is no good service!
