Great service and really appreciated the recommendations from our waiter. Food was hot, tasty and the only problem I had was that I couldn’t eat more. Check out their filet stir fry, the steak and avocado spring rolls and passion fruit tea pictured in this review.

I just got home from picking my food up from Pho Town 2 off 290 and Barker Cypress. Needless to say, this will be my first and last time going there. First off. Two egg rolls for $7?! Seriously? I’ve had viet egg rolls all over and never paid $7. Second. It’s RAW inside! I never post reviews of restaurants. But this. Not only over priced but dangerous. Disgusting.

Terrible. Really terrible. Chicken was old, fishy tasting and dry. Prices didn't match what I was charged and when I asked why they blamed Google for not updating their online menu. There was a young man skateboarding around the dining area brandishing a green glowing light saber. I have no idea how this place is still in business but I will not be back.

After a couple times of making mistakes on my order (asking to not add onion or bean sprouts etc and they add it anyway) due to allergies, I went in thinking I’d be better off and still support local restaurants. After directly saying “please do not add ___, I’m allergic to it. The cashier responded saying ok. I get home, check my food and there it is mixed in as I asked for it not to be. Then I look at my receipt and I was charged a “to go fee” without mentioning it at the point of sale? The amount of money is not the point. With the pandemic around us, me being the customer is now having to pay a fee for not dining in your restaurant and potentially your patrons, employees or my family being at risk? Oddly enough hanging a sign asking or requiring folks to wear a mask? Do we as customers need to wear a sign that says explain all charges to me before asking for my money and pay attention to what I am ordering so you can either explain it to the folks in the back or employ someone that is capable of such tedious and strenuous tasks.

We are there repeat customers since they used to own only 1 restaurant on FM1960. Now we go to Phở Town 2 on Barker cypress since it's closer to us. We try to stay loyal to them as the lady owner is very friendly. However, we have issue with how little soup they give for Togo orders. Doesn't matter how much we tell them, they repeatedly give very little soup. So now we order size large and specifically order additional $5 soup on the side yet our Togo soup cups were never filled up all the way (even though we remind them to.) Not sure if it's the owners new policy on how much soup given per bowl. Especially when we're okay with ordering $5 extra soup on the side, they should have the decency to fill up the soup cup we specifically paid $5 extra for. We mentioned to our waiter yet he said that's how much soup they are supposed to give. I hope the owner sees this feedback as this is a soup dish, and some of us don't like too little soup for phở. Most restaurant would just add more soup for free if we mention we like extra soup. If they are being stingy over little soup, we won't be their returning customers anymore.

I have tried many Vietnamese restaurants before but no where else can defeat the Pho broth and vermicelli of this restaurant. Super highly recommended this Vietnamese restaurant to everyone! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I was wanting Phó today, so I came to Pho Town since I love the flavor of their food. The service on the other hand us horrible. It took 10 minutes in an empty restaurant for anyone to take my order. The waitress was on her phone my entire visit and never refilled my beverage or checked to see if I needed anything. I had to get her attention to pay for my food. I will never dine here again and maybe never order food here again. The name for the waitress on the receipt is Nguyen. If you get her, please request someone else if you want better service.

Ordered Pho with brisket and eye of round. Had to take the brisket out because it tasted off/ old. It looks a little green. The jalapeños and limes are dried out look like they’ve been cut and sitting for a few days. Wont come back.
