Ordered 2 drinks and 2 snow's to go. It was fast and easy to order online. We loved that they packed it safely to go. Would definitely return our order was delicious.

Not enough syrup! My family and I ordered 3 large drinks and we all maybe finished ¼ of our drinks before we hit nothing but white unflavored ice.. ¾ ice & ¼ ice with syrup🤌🏾

Love the variety of flavor over shaved ice. They even gave my dogs a drink of their own.

I was craving a snow cone and found that the place I normally go is closed on Mondays. So I tried this chain establishment and was surprised at their quality. I will say they are a bit on the expensive side but their choices cover anything and everything I could imagine plus a ton more. I got the blueberry grape and was more than pleased. Thinking that they would not be able to reproduce the perfect mix of the two flavors, I returned two more times within the following two weeks and both times received the same mix as the initial visit. I know I will be returning to this location next time I am craving a snow cone!

This is my favorite BB. They get it right, actually put ice cream in it when you order and I drive out of my way to this one every time, if they're open.

The drinks are only made correctly when Adrian is there. I have been a long time satisfied customer. But this was terrible. Everytime Adrian is NOT there. No one seems to know what they are doing. I had them remake my drink, & then still it was tasteless. I have came everyday from on my way to work for a month straight. But yes days when he was not working I either just dealt with the fact of a mediocre cream drink or didn't order at all & just left. This time I waited in line for an hour. To not only be disappointed. But also to have them remake it & be told that I don't get two punches on my punch card when I get an avalanche. Which is how it's ALWAYS been. I ended up going inside after the hour line in the drive thru to just politely ask for a refund & was greeted by the manager who's name is started with a T in a pretty rude manner. & didn't even make eye contact with me gave me a refund & handed me a receipt & then acted like I wasn't there. Didn't even listen to my reason or suggestion or anything. I probably won't be returning back unless this location can get there stuff in order & learn better customer service. Or maybe when Adrian is only working if he even works there anymore. Instead of an open sign maybe have a sign that says Adrian is here, don't worry you'll get the best customer service & correct drinks. So we can know when to not waste our time for an HOUR in line.

I wouldn't recommend this exact site. Sharky Sno Cones is way better. There wasn't a lot of syrup used and so a family member said it tasted like tap water. The girl there wasn't all put together and that was apparent with what was served. The dog sno cone was a disgrace. It had MAYBE a tablespoon of whipped cream on it and teaspoon of sprinkles. It was basically a rock solid, hard ball of ice. A dog could break their teeth on it. Nothing special here, not coming back.

I love this place! Everyone is always so friendly. The games invite you to sit and stay a while. My dog even got a free snow ball! A great treat any day!

My daughter introduced me to Bahama Buck's in Cypress. I love it. I was very excited when I found out Tyler Tx was getting one! I've been telling everyone about how great the shaved ice is.

My first trip there was because they were doing a fundraiser for a group I'm involved in. Not only was it a successful fundraiser but I found a new yummy place. The texture of the ice is perfect and the color changing spoon is fun!

Ordered a snow cone with light syrup on the cone only. I received a regular snow cone. When I took it back and asked for a correction the snow cone was leveled off and handed back to me. -Unsatisfied

The best ever!!! Followed them from Lubbock to midland to brownwood....SOOO happy to have one here now to call out own!!! All we need is a Rosa's Cafe to complete this picture!
