What an amazing experience! The service was spectacular and the food was so fresh, hot, and delicious!!! The restaurant was also very clean. Well done Newk’s staff on 4/7/22 @ 6:30pm.
I love this place!! The food is always hot, fresh and delicious. I work across the street and our office orders at least once a week and my kids love it too!! Since the pandemic most restaurants quality has gone down and they skimp on everything but not Newk's, the salads and sandwiches are always full. One of my favorite places in Cypress.
Great service. Always gets the order right. Produce is fresh and meals are always hot. Juan, in the kitchen is a master at the various salads. Logan is one of the hardest workers I've ever seen and keeps the eating area clean and in order. All in all has become our "go to" lunch place.
First time here and the food is Awesome. It is fresh and good quality. Very healthy. The dining area is very clean and sanitary. The cashier is very polite and welcoming and the shift manager named Kai was very helpful and polite too. This Newk's location will definitely get my repeat business and recommendations to my friends because of the cleanliness, fresh food and polite staff. When a restaurant is managed correctly it seems like everything falls into place. A definite 5 stars here.
Great sandwiches, great soups, clean place. I almost feel ashamed for not trying them out sooner. 😊 I especially like their turkey and Swiss sandwich with loaded baked potato soup, but you won't go wrong getting sonething else. 👍
Was surprised that regular burger is two patties. Apparently you can order a smaller one but I didn't notice that on the wall menu. The burgers are delicious and they have 15-20 toppings included in the cost. I ordered a regular one but discovered I have to specify each ingredient i want such as mustard, jalapeños, pickles, mayo, onions, lettuce etc.
Ordered door dash and pleasantly surprised...food was great! Got tomato basil and greek salad. Fresh and flavorful. Will definitely return!
