The girl working today aug 7 @4:15 was so sweet and helpful I was advised to get wild sorbet over watermelon sorbet and glad I listened to her it’s my top fav now !!!! Great customer service !!!

Baskin Robbins tucked into the corner of the cypress center. It's a smaller store, but they have a public restroom. Same cakes and ice creams they have at all the stores. My only complaint is its warm in there. Like they need the a.c. on or a strong industrial fan because ice cream melts too damn fast. Other than that good service and pretty clean place.

The 2 dairy free ice cream options were, ok. I think that being an ice cream place for so long they could have fone way better. I'm only giving them 4 stars because the staff was exceptional. They were friendly and most importantly, honest. They don't feel the dairy free is very good either. By the way the scoop was free thru their app.

baskin robins is cool. they have my favorite flavor, vanilla and cotton candy. service is good and they were very sweet to me. :)

I called for my favorite ice cream the girl was very polite and helpful got there the place was very clean and nicely kept she sanitized everything very nice thank you will be returning 🙌🤗😷
