Burger King

One of the better Burger Kings, in my opinion. Service and food preparation were good during my visit, as it has been during my 3 or 4 previous visits. The dining room itself was clean as was the restroom. My only concern was the 'stickiness' of the tables. They may wipe them, but they aren't scrubbed and dried clean; albeit, this is common to just about every other BG I've visited. More often than not, their tables feel tacky and sticky to the touch.

Pulled up to the drive thru at 10:10 PM to a very rude crew member on the microphone. Theymade sure to tell me that they closed in less than an hour and they did not have "very much food up" and that there would be a "long wait for everything." I told them that I wasn't sure what that meant and asked if they would be able to make food or if that meant they were out of things. The person working got really rude and said "why don't you just tell me what you want and I'll tell you if we got it or not." Seemed like they were trying to discourage me from ordering from the time I got here. Sadly not much else was open and I was already stuck in a wrap around drive thru line or I absolutely would have driven off. Completely unacceptable to talk to customers like this. Once I got to the window I asked for this person's name. Shannon was the rude person who took my order. The other gentleman who handed my food to me was very pleasant.

No wait at the drive-through at 3:30, which was great. I wonder if workers are trained to not say thank you to customers. Unfortunately, probably the worst impossible whopper sandwich I've ever had. The "meat" isn't warm, the bun feels like it is several days old. If oldish buns are going to be used they should at least warm them to make them softer

I am above-knee amputee confined to wheelchair have bone marrow cancer and causing bleeding in brain. I was on wrong BK site for like 15 mins. tryng to use credit and gift card (I can't talk good no more so get embarrass to ask for help) ...even though it was lunch time and they were very busy Shannon manager took time and got me to the right app right away and I was able to place order. A normal simple task until you get brain damages and then things look like a 10,000 piece puzzle in front of you is best way to explain it. (ha I also got a $1 strawberry icee and made sure to drink some real fast to punish the cancer in my brain) So A GREAT BIG SHOUT-OF THANX to my BEAUTIFUL GUARDIAN ANGEL SHANNON! Almost forgot...the other KIND manager Lady who still remember me coming in years ago before all the hospital stuff when I was a normal man and them two looked like made for a GREAT fun business to work for! Also...the lunch was PERFECTLY made & tasted Awesome
