Mcdonald's

The wait was way too long going through the drive-thru. I understand that getting employees is tough and I could have went somewhere else. Live and learn. When we did get our one fish sandwich it was cold so we waited to get a hot one. The crew inside forgot we were waiting. My wife really wanted her fish sandwich so she called the store from the parking lot and they had forgotten us. Finally the fish sandwich made it. In my opinion temporarily the concept of fast food is dead and before all this happened with the economy McDonald's was starting to lose its value.

This is a terrible restaurant. The general manager only listens and responds to all the young people there. He will not believe what the older people tell him. This restaurant would classify as age discrimination. If you are old and work there they just isolate you from free give of ways, contest, shirts, food for parties,etc. When the other GM and district manger was there things were great. They were treated bad too and both of them were forced to quit or be fired. It is a shame that 2 new people and a crew of young people can lie so bad and ruin a new store that quick. Anyone older or retired who wants to work, don’t choose state road McDonald’s. Go to a different one. You may have better luck. Warning to the public, this place is extremely dirty and nasty. DO NOT EAT THERE. Remember no one sees what goes on in the kitchen

This location is close to my house. For the last 6 months or so I have been going to the chapel hill McDonald's. Bc I hate paying for food I don't get. I called the last time my order was wrong and they have us a free sandwich, but it was wrong too. We couldn't go inside, so we had to wait through the drive through again, so by the time we got home. The rest of our food was cold. We try it again today. We ordered 2 big macs with extra mac sauce on the side. 2 cheeseburgers. 2 medium fries & a 10pc. When I asked if there was extra mac sauce, the kid turned to another employee, then looked at me and said no it was too late for extra sauce. IT WAS 930pm. When I got home. We had no mac sauce at all not even on the burgers. The cheeseburgers were missing mustard & pickles. Plus we no sauce for our nuggets. Didn't even bother calling. Well just go somewhere else!

Went through the line at 9:36pm and ordered two 10 piece McNuggets, a medium fry and a Bacon McDouble. Not that hard of a meal I thought. However after I paid for my meal I received one 10 piece McNugget, a Big Mac and a small fry. So I pull right around to get my order fixed, no problem, said the person on at the first window. But when I approached the second window the worker told me they are “out of everything I ordered” with 2 cars behind me and an hour and a half still to be open your employee told me McDonald’s isn’t making Nuggets Burgers or fries. Then after I refused a refund and demanded my food because of the time they had now wasted had made it past 10pm when other places closed they suddenly had my food made and gave it to me, however it again was the wrong food and far from the food I paid for. This experience was a joke and I won’t be back to this location.
