Kfc Kentucky Fried Chicken

Absolutely disgusted when I got home with my order to this RAW what’s suppose to be a breast!! Waste of my time and money! Drive thru took forever. Employees don’t smile, nothing friendly from them at all. Get it together! Lost my appetite as soon as I saw this. I will NEVER be back!! Save your money people. Trust me

When leaving, you have to check your food because 9/10 your order is wrong or items are missing. This time, I had some type of fungus growing out of my chicken. I arrived at this location 30 minutes after they opened. My chicken was not hot (not even warm), it was hard, and my biscuit was not desirable as well. I came in to return it. I waited 10 minutes for someone (who I assume was the manager or the only person with access to the front cash register). She came, looked at the receipt that I had given to the person before her, didn’t even acknowledge me, opened the register, put the money on the counter for the refund and was about to walk away before I said something to her. Another manager called to “apologize” about the situation but she tried to debate me stating there’s no way the chicken could not have been fresh when I received it because they never give out old chicken. So, I asked why was my chicken cold and hard (not to mention the stuff growing out of it), when I arrived 30 minutes after they opened. It had to be from the night before or longer. She couldn’t answer and had an attitude the rest of the call and kept stating “that’s not possible…we don’t serve old chicken…that’s not possible. I don’t know what you want me to do.” This location needs a lot of help.

We waited for 30 minutes to get our food. Completely unacceptable. 8 people working there and half of them standing around not doing anything. I complained and asked where our order was and the employee just looked at the screen and walked away. Will never go back. On top of that when we got home the order was wrong

Mother's day it wasn't crowded at the drive thru at the time waited 20 min to get to order will say for first time ever the girl taking the money was actually nice and polite wich was nice for a change then we got home and it became obvious that the people inside don't know their chicken or they just through whatever in the bucket. Never have had a problem with dark in original and white in extra crispy (meat just so you know)got the 8 pc and go figure 2breast one original one extra crispy only one wing thighs well you get the picture.dont think they know their chicken so I ask where is the training? A nice treat for us mom's on mother's day wasn't so nice.if your wondering why I didn't take back because the line when we left would have taken an hour to get through but mainly didn't see this until got home and yes I did call was told to come back in line and reorder so how do I know it wouldn't happen again? My warning to you as I wright this hold up the line weather they like it or not check you order because they don't. I gave the 3 stars because food wasn't horrible so can't say I hated it but I definitely don't recommend.
