Big Mac meal $10..not worth it. Thin cut of meat. Workers at takeout were nice. It was a matter of convenience and made a major mistake. Not going to mention the nutritional value

This store in Monroe falls is always wonderful! Friendly people and good food!! They take costumer service seriously. And their food is always fresh!!

I sent these pictures to the management office showing how dirty the area behind the counter was when I was there on October 12. Their reply was they would mention it to the manager of this store. I have gone back twice since then to see the same sloppy messes behind the counter and in the dining room. Also the service is very very slow.
I believe from now on I will be going to a different location or possibly a different franchise. I have been very disappointed in this McDonald's.

Little confused on why the mobile app allows you to order takeout but yet the dining room is closed. The staff very clearly are confused when I try to enter until I showed them I ordered takeout

It's McDonald's. As long as we are comparing McDonald's to McDonald's this one is great. The bathrooms are always clean, the interior of the restaurant is always clean, it's usually not packed, and the service is quick. It does have kiosks for ordering. I prefer curbside pickup. Which does take a little longer than drive-through service but my kids food is always freshly made.

Service is hit or miss. Food is also hit or miss for a chain. Tonight “closed” even though no notice anywhere, online says open till 11pm.
