I wanted to personally say thank you to the lovely ladies at my local Longhorn. Our waitress, Alexis was just wonderful. She was attentive, sweet, and what I liked most about her was that she actually had an opinion too. My steak was cooked well done when I had requested it cooked medium rare. I was sad to have my filet come out so late, but I munched on my potato and mac n cheese. Everything was delicious. Also, I wanted to go out of my way to make note how wonderful the manager was too! Her name was Jojo and she was such a delight!! They really made the evening memorable. I have had a really awful couple weeks and just wanted to splurge a bit on a good meal. My friend and I were really happy with everything overall. Also, we enjoyed the chocolate stampede too of course! Not sure who was bartending, but my margaritas were so delicious too. Anyhow, I just wanted to recognize Jojo and Alexis - I will return just for the kind of service they provided us.

Food and drinks were served within 12 minutes of being seated. Food was cooked perfectly by far my favorite restaurant! Great servers i tend to dine alone but enjoy my quiet time. Definitely visit this location

I’ve been here countless times for dinner, all great experiences.
What really impressed me is the to-go order I received today. Super simple to place an order, and they bring it out to your vehicle very quickly. Food tasted amazing, and I got a ton of food for the cost. This is my new lunch spot!

Absolutely awful. I had ordered the "prime rib sandwich" for lunch. It wasn't prime rib, I would bet that they used the cheapest cut of beef possible. Unappetizing, greasy, and just messy. My partner ordered a steak and they didn't let it rest after cooking it, it ended up dry. Longhorn is easily the worst of all franchise steakhouses. I do want to point out that our waitress was very kind and did a great job. Too bad I'll never step back into a Longhorn Steakhouse again.

The server was rude and the food was not good. I ordered medium-well steak and they brought me a dry burned piece. I put an extra star in my review because the best thing about the restaurant was the bread and butter they serve before food.

One of the few chain restaurants I will frequent and always leave satisfied. Consistency is key and they have it in spades! Our Cuyahoga Falls location on Howe Ave is my favorite Longhorn Steakhouse for many reasons...the staff: Macayla is the best bartender and waitress I've encountered to date, the food: always delicious and consistent no matter what I order on the menu, the facility: always clean and tidy. My husband and I come almost every Wednesday to this restaurant and are treated like family.

I ordered a medium steak and when I cut it open it didn’t even look fully cooked. When I cut it open it also smelled very bad like the meat had gone bad. I’m very disappointed because I was a big fan of longhorn :(

Both times I've eaten here the experience has just been meh. The wait staff was fine and did there job well. However the steak I had though cooked to a perfect medium rare tasted burnt like the cook top wasn't cleaned before. The flavor I could taste was minimal at best.
