What happened to the old staff? Went tonight and it was ridiculous. We almost just walked out. 4 people working, we were the only customers and it took forever to even get acknowledged! They seemed very easily distracted and it took so long for 2 sandwiches. Sandwich was not as good as usual, they skimped on a lot of the ingredients. 6 pieces of turkey for a foot long?
(1 staff at the table on their phone, probably on break, so I get it. 2 talking by the drive through window. & the girl making our sandwich. There was also a 5th girl training)

Stars I would ❤️. They are so sweet and clean. They are always cheerful and happy to help me !! I went around 5ish and they had a store full of people and got them out pretty quick

PSA : Unless you want a dirty glove in your food don't eat at Subway in Cushing.

Yes , I know mistakes happen.
Yes , I watched the food be made all the way until it got to the wrapping and I was getting money out.
No, I am not bashing Subway , that's a pretty nasty "Oops".
Also, was a used glove , not an accidental new one wrapped inside.
More so posting because the Employees seemed so very nonchalant about it.

Sam always goes above and beyond. He is just wonderful with customer service and pays attention. I can tell he takes pride in his work. I really like all the employees there. Thank you for being so kind.

Slow goings at this location when it gets busy as they only staff it with two people and they have a drive through. The workers make great sandwiches and do their best. Just needs minimum 1 more on staffing during peak hours.
