A perfectly sized menu, with many vegetarian options. With such reasonable prices, don't expect the ambience to be high end (it is plenty good). For the dishes, the veg and meat fresh rolls are great as they have crispy and soft textures. For entrées, try the pho (doh!) and the bun (cold noodles) as they were both excellent. For pho soup they have beef, chicken and vegetarian options. The service is attentive and prompt. They bring water and an extra pitcher to your table.

Combination Kobe Pho came with tripes, 3 quarter cut beef meatballs, tendon, brisket, and sliced Kobe. The noodles are cooked authentic and on a chewer side, which I personally preferred. Broth is cleaned and they advertised no MSG! The bowl comes in one size around $13 on a pricer side but worth the price!

Decent Vietnamese food. I like to order the vermicelli bowl with shrimp, pork, and egg rolls. The portion is huge and I usually can’t finish it. Their service is a little slow and it takes awhile to get your food. I’ve only gone during lunch time and it’s usually pretty busy.

Kobe Pho Combination and the shrimp and grilled pork spring rolls. The spring rolls were ok. The Pho was excellent. Rare Kobe was very good. I'll go back.

The name is Kobe, but not sure if the meat was real Kobe. Regardless, the quality of the meats were better than others and no MSG, good broth! A bit high on pricing!

So I ordered the combination fried rice which is supposed to be there House special comes with chicken shrimp and vegetables. So I got two shrimp and they weren't too badly overcooked and the chicken has an okay flavor. Was expecting a lot more shrimp though. However the fried rice is the big problem none of the meat is fried with the rice the vegetables which are only peas and carrots are obviously Frozen pre diced not even the good green giant brand and the oil they were fried in is very stale ruining the flavor of the entire dish. Looking over the counter the place is very dirty I should have gone with my first thoughts when I saw the dirt and just left.

Kobe beef pho was amazing, Although service during a Saturday night at 6:30pm was pretty bad. My rating 5/5 for Food.

The pho broth and rare steak are delicious, but I'd pass on the brisket next time.
