I’ve ordered take out several times. It started out great, but has since gone downhill.
The last 3 takeout orders have ALL been missing at least one item.
And tonight, the Kids Lo Mien I ordered was replaced with Shrimp fried rice.
You’re thinking this isn’t a bad trade- except that we have a sever shellfish allergy in the house.
And my favorite dish (Thai basil fried rice) was completely over cooked. Meat was inedible.
Will not be ordering again.
Which makes me sad, it used to be really good.

Loved the food. Simply amazing. We ordered mango basil with double protein. Fried chicken a d shrimp with egg fried rice. It was delicious. We also got china lo mein again double protein. Saute chicken and shrimp. It was simply amazing. And last but not the least. We tried crab cheese spring rolls and they were all gone in the car on the way back to the house. So yummy. The pic shows the left overs. Lol

I really like this location. The new menu is enjoyable. They get three stars for cancelling delivery orders with short notice. Hey guys when you get an advance order in the middle day waiting until 20 minutes before it is supposed to be delivered to cancel is some pretty short notice.

I love the variety of their menu and trying foods from different cultures. The service is always pretty fast, and the food always tastes amazing. A great spot to sample different Asian cuisines in a casual setting!

Really has gone downhill. Every single time we asked "please no utensils". Got utensils every time. The rice we got was sooo bad. Tough, dry. It's rice you guys, come on! 😔 The spice level is also inconsistent. We got hot (the lowest level) and this time it was inedible.

The staff was nice BUT ,,, my order wasnt correct. They forgot 2 orders that paid for. And the worst part is that the chicken was not fresh cooked ,, it was sitting there and they just added the sauce on it. I know when the protein is not cooked fresh …. I will go back to the Rowsell location better …

Did not expect that taste on the ramen! One of the best ramen I've ever had. Love the sauce inside the Korean chicken burger.
The bubble tea could have been creamier instead of so watery.

I decided to give them another shot after my last visit where I watched 5 people who ordered after me get their food and eat, I finally got my order but it was cold as it had been sitting out for about 15 minutes. This time, I opted to order on the app & pick it up. I got home to find zero pieces of chicken in my sautéed chicken entree, I even paid extra for additional vegetables only to find the main course missing.
