Worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. I know we’re all spoiled with how fast and efficient most Chick-fil-A’s are compared to other fast food, but this place is ridiculously slow. Went at an off hour and I’ve been waiting close to 20 minutes already (I’m writing this in line and only half way through). The storefront window says their hiring for a new restaurant and I see one on the map opening in April. I really hope the new one is better than this one!!! Also, inside the chairs look all worn and nasty. That’s not new wear and tear. Just shows this place hasn’t been kept up like all the others.

This used to be a fantastic Chick-fil-A but over the last couple of years it’s gotten so bad that I will drive past it and go to the one on Peachtree parkway. Even when there are only 8 cars in-line, I will wait 15+ mins. My order is usually wrong and my chicken has been burnt multiple times. I didn’t even know that was possible. The only reason for 2 stars is my memory of how great it used to be.

Dining room still not open, sat in line at the drive thru for 45 minutes to place our order, then another 30 minutes to pick it up, fries were cold, sandwich was soggy, just shy of mediocre at best. I'm done with chick-fil-a!

Oakley & Bella love their Pup-Cups & their ears perk up whenever I say “Chick-fil-A”. I am a Signature Member on the app & I have had nothing but positive experiences with this location!! I absolutely adore all the workers and this Chick-fil-A has the most friendly & well trained staff I’ve ever witnessed. Thank you for the great service & I 10/10 recommend this store.

This Chick-fil-A has tanked and gone all the way down hill. Save your time and go to exit 13 at the collection. The owner doesn’t care about staffing his restaurant or the timeliness of orders. Food is always wrong and their speed of service sis abysmal. Could have gone to a sit down restaurant and ate faster than this drive thru only line (they refuse to open the lobby or allow for curbside).

Have never been to a chick fil a that was so slow. Very disappointing. Staff members were kind, but the amount of time it took to get through the line was crazy. I would recommend going to another location simply for the fact of time.

I have nothing good to say about this restaurant. First of all the wait was 15 minute in the to go line. My fries were under done and cold and I didn't even get what I ordered, I had ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese and I had gotten the regular chicken sandwich with no cheese. Secondly they automatically charged me for a meal that I didn't want. so no I don't recommend this place, it was underwhelming and kind of a waste of time and money, I would rate it 0 stars if I could.

Great food. Fairly quick, despite the sometimes long lines. I've only ever had 1 issue with an order and I went to the food delivery pickup area (door next to the drive thru pickup window) instead of waiting in the long line again.
