Burger King

Went for a late lunch for my kids. The girl took our order, then when we went to the window to pay it was 14.11. We handed her 15.11. She cashed us out and handed back the receipt with no change. The receipt clearly said we gave her 15.11. When she gave us our food we said you never gave us the change. She took the receipt said, "Oh I guess I'll have to take this out of my tips" and handed us a folded dollar bill, crumpled the receipt and closed the window. I don't like being made to feel guilty because she didn't complete the transaction.

By faaaaaaarrrrrrr the worst burger king ever.... EVERY SINGLE TIME my order is incorrect. Whether it be 10 a.m or 10 p.m... Whoever the store manager or district manager is needs to be fired...... It is completely unacceptable. It makes me want to go to McDonald's (which is closer to me but I hate McDonald's) but it's worth not having to go in everytime to correct my order. This location is an absolute joke and needs to be overhauled management wise... It is completely unacceptable!!!

Placed a order 4 ppl placed orders after me the parked all of us everyone got there food but me I go to the window and stand there like a dummy for ten mins trying to get my money back they closed up empty the draw had no food 50 mins wasted no food on New Year’s Eve I’m so mad so mad how did u forget my order and give ppl there’s after me why you parking cars this is super unacceptable plus u didn’t even refund my card hand me cash back like that makes it better no o want the food I ordered Your store on mendon road in Cumberland Rhode Island needs corporate to get involved I’m a huge fan of bk after my experience tonight I will boycott all burger kings u all left me with out food and at the point where I couldn’t go any wher else by the time I made it worse where they would be closed this was a very very bad experience and I will make sure everyone I know knows this is how my final experience was with you company this year

I ordered 2 items. An original chicken sandwich and a double quarter pounder bacon king. $14 and change. At these prices and ordering right off the menu without any changes or substitutes, you would think that there would be a little attention to detail/quality control. I received an original chicken sandwich and a double whopper.
