Stopped after work to pick up dinner for my wife and I. Went inside to place order only to see 5 employees standing around talking and another employee telling me I wasn't allowed to come inside to order. Why not? It's obviously not because they are short staffed like they've been telling people, if they've got 5 employees standing there talking.

Miss their salads and tender roast chicken. They mess up on orders often. Still waiting on refund 6 months ago. But grew up on this food. And enjoy the staff.

Ordered a few times here over the years. Every time I order there is always at least one item missing. This time it is the biscuits. Last time it was the chicken strips (!) and the sauces. My advice is if you need to get KFC go to Lavale.........especially if you are Door Dash or Grubhub ordering.

It was alright but they have a buffet with most new kfc don't have there's a picture of my time there

So bad for you but oh so good when you're hungry. Hadn't been to a KFC in 30 years. Our server was pleasant and gave us extra napkins, sporks and plates. (We took the food to our hotel) I like the original better than the crispy. Gravy and potatoes were hot and I liked the coleslaw.

We stop for a DoorDash order and we’re told to go park, we did and waited for 20 mins for 3 things that weren’t even that hard to do, called 4 times with no answer and when we talked to someone finally were told “he’s new here and to not get an attitude with him” and then when we FINALLY got the food, the girl that brought it out had an attitude.
