If the display window, over the food, were cleaned, while the lights were on, so as to see the hand-prints, smudges and smears, it might not be such a turn-off.

Very rude employees and dirty tables and chairs, and floors. And dirty bathrooms, paper towels on the floor and pee and water on the floor, and on the toilet.
