Subway

Terrible service. Got there for order and wasn't even started. Had a crew of culpepers finest and they completely looked over me after telling me order wasn't started and fixed sandwiches for the entire police department that was dining in and I had to unassign a delivery. I get paid by delivery not like these young kids do by the hour. Won't ever eat here again or accept a order for the company I deliver for. I'm all for our men and women in blue but sit there for 25 minutes after asking them what was going on....unless they were scared by the police and thought they had to serve them first. Very unprofessional.

Last two times I've gone there they didn't have chicken and cheese another time. Not one to complain but at least a sign or something would have been nice. Still got my kids food since there's were already made and had to go somewhere else for me. Small inconvenience but Google asked for my opinion 🤷🏼‍♀️

The employees are friendly and professional. My daughter loves subway so I go there at least twice a week. I am so impressed that I don't even have to say what I want. The employees confirm my order prior to making the sandwich every time I go there. Knowing your customer and building a relationship with your customer...now that's what I call service excellence!

Called to place a group order of 8 subs and couldn’t process online because the website was not working correctly. Was told very blah and rudely “we are to busy!” I’m a paying customer with a large order you take my order or you lose the business. Will start going to the other subway in town or even Jersey Mike’s. Thanks!

I left the Subway at Dominion Square, because the young lady that opened the store arrived after 8:00, and told us it would be 20 minutes before they would be ready. I arrived at the Subway at Southgate and found that they were not only open, but the gentleman was in uniform, polite, and assisting another customer. It was a night and day experience. From now on I'll drive the extra mile or two. It's worth it!
