Subway

Nice friendly staff. Quick service. Sandwich was good. Clean restaurant. Unfortunately the soft drink machine did not work properly. The ice dispenser was not working so they had a bag of ice instead. That was fine. However the soft drink dispensed was completely flat and had absolutely no fizz and soft drinks taste better with bubbles.

The store owner and manager, Krishna, was very helpful and accommodating while helping me figure out a catering order for a work luncheon. She even gave me her cell number in case I had questions after working hours. The catering order was ready when I got there and everything was packaged nicely, as well as extra condiments and napkins. Everyone loved the fresh and delicious subs. Thank you Krishna!

Was charged extra, an employee had to call a supervisor/manager, they just didn't know how to adjust it. I had already stepped aside so the long line wouldn't be held up. A customer in line gave me $5 for my trouble and for not holding up the line. In the end I grabbed a bag of chips and "dined" indoors. Gave a couple of down and outers that had ordered a drink each and gave each of them $5. You can't make this stuff up!

I stopped in that this location to get a turkeyfootlong on italian herbs and cheese. With American cheese, green peppers and lettuce with sweet onion sauce. When I arrived home, there was a dead fly on my sandwich. Needless to say in the trash it went. Absolutely disgusting. I have no desire to get subway again and deserve a full refund.

Customer service is very poor!! This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. I said I would never go back but I thought I would give it another chance today. It was awful. The lettuce was so brown and looked disgusting. I even told them that the lettuce looked awful. The lady ignored me. She asked what I wanted on my sub I told her I would like lettuce but not what was in the case.She completely ignored me. She didnt even offer to give me fresh lettuce. She just ignored me the whole time. I will never go back there again.

Just go to Southgate Shopping Center Subway!! When we walked in the Dominion Square Subway there were no employees to be seen. There was a customer waiting and looking as if he was wondering if anyone was working. Employee 1 comes out to take his order. He is planning on ordering 4 subs. She had no personality or energy. We continued to stand there for literally over 10 minutes while the employee made 2 of the 4 subs. Then employee 2 walks out from the back as I’m telling my daughter and her friend lets go to the other subway in Southgate Shopping Center. I told the two employees they are the slowest people I have ever seen. Employee 2 said they don’t have cameras in the back so she didn’t know we were waiting. This means Employee 1 wasn’t intelligent enough to speak up and say she needed some help. Employee 2 then told me Employee 1 is new, so I said then shouldn’t you be out here assisting her? Well she has been here like two months. With all the people out of work at this time this is the best and brightest this store can find. Employee 2 wanted to call the police on me for complaining about how incompetent and slow they are. Just go to Southgate Shopping Center. It’s worth the drive. I promise!

My meatball sub was good. However, this location did NOT honor the "free sub" if you download & order via app. When I called to see why, person answering was clueless. Manager talking in background was rude and stated they aren't participating in app ad. Mind you, ad is on national TV. App did not say this store was not in campaign. Any way, this has always been my fav Subway. I will not purchase here again! Manager actually said I should've gone to other location.

Pathetic excuse for a sandwich! I got my sub and it looked as though they didn't have a knife handy so they crudely ripped it open. A foot long sub that had barely enough meat for a six inch. None of the toppings were correct. I wanted jalapeños, banana peppers, and onions. What I got were only black olives. Disgraceful.
