Arby's

The food was good but the service was horrible. After ordering it took over 20 minutes to receive our food at the drive through. There was always 3 cars that had paid that were waiting food, one at the window and two past it. The only explanation was that they were making each order fresh. It doesn't take 20 minutes to make any item on the menu.

Today I came to Arby's for lunch - this is not normal for me. I am just having one of *those* days. I did not know what to order so I ordered a few things that I thought looked tasty and the woman on the intercom was patient, funny, and kind while I stumbled through my selections. When I came up to the window and paid for my order the woman asked me if I wanted any sauce. I paused for a moment and then nodded a lot while saying simply, "yes," because, as you can guess, I had no idea what I wanted. She responded with, "I got you." She totally did. She gave me some magical creation called Bronco Berry Sauce. I would have never thought to ask for this sauce, or any sauce, and this woman gifted me this idea from the kindness of her own heart. I had a delicious lunch and the attitude and kindness of this employee completely changed my day. Thank you to the sweet woman at Arby's today, you made a difference! 5/12/2022 about 1:00.

Got the new Diablo Dare Chicken Sandwich. It was tasty and very spicy, but was a little messy to eat. Didn't really need the shredded lettuce on it, because it just kept falling off the sandwich as I ate it and it was drenched in the spicy sauce so it got my clothes and car messy. The complimentary milkshake was definitely needed to cool down my burning mouth and belly. 🥵🌶️🔥
