I have never had any issues with my food, drinks or service until now. While enjoying my strawberry milkshake until I found myself fishing a sharp, hard piece of plastic from my mouth. This object was in my milkshake and nearly swallowed! This could have done a lot of damage had I swallowed it. I really hope this isn't a common occurrence and more attention is paid in regards to prep across the board.

As expected the quality of the food was right on par with Five Guys.
But the price was crazy.
So crazy that I'll never return and two other customers told me the same as they walked out of the store.
I had a Bacon cheeseburger, small fries and a small drink.
It cost $21.
Nuff said👌

The Five Guy's app is terrible for custom orders. Go inside and be treated like a human again. Wonderful help. We've never been disappointed here.

The food was great and hot my son ate all his burger for once. The food was good and my toppings was just the right amount.

Good food. Prices are slightly high, but the taste makes up for it. Barely a wait when you consider your burgers are being made to order. Fries never disappoint and are rarely finished by one person! Staff is always engaging and this store is always super clean (in my experiences)!

We had just got in after a huge group of highschool students or just got outta school place was trashed but one guy did a great job cleaning up and he also cleaned our tables before we sat down so great service and always great food

Pricey . . . One order of fries is enough for two, but they are salty and oily. We know what to expect and still go, just wish it didn't cost so much.
