Day crew kinda sucks. Not very friendly, dont wrap the burritos, and dont hardly put anything in the tacos. Not really a good experience going there during the day. I no its fast food but the night crew is on point. Been to this location several times. The night crew is friendly. They go fast even with a full line. Food was good(except for some uncooked rice) but its always fresh and hot. Not to mention they put a proper amount in their tacos. Hes an example of what its like to go during the day. Definitely wont go back if im around there during the day. Stick with them for dinner

This is for the TB in Athens, AL on Jefferson St. This TB is by far the best TB I have EVER been to. The drive thru can be wrapped around the building and you will still get your food in under 10 minutes. The staff here is always super nice (even at 1am) and the food is always great. I dunno what it is about this TB but they rock it every single time. I usually visit in the evening about once or twice a week. No other TB is like this, its like they're an anomaly or something. Going to any other TB is like a huge letdown. Kudos to the staff!

Went thru the drive thru it was pretty reasonable not really slow tonight. Food was good but the reason for this review is mainly the young guy working at the window he was friendly talked with respect didnt seem like he was just ready to just go home he was kind an took his time to make sure that we had everything we needed but still did his job at a reasonable pace. After a long day of working in the heat an heading home at 10pm He made my night that much better an not only did i notice so did my kids. Great job

This place is a joke, we go very often on Sundays. I've let it slide but this past Sunday was horrible. Not only did they talk over me at the speaker but when I got home noticed some of my food was missing. Called spoke with a manager she kept talking over me being a smart mouth. I told her if she hushed for a second she would be able to hear what I was missing. Needless to say she didn't like that and hung up on me. I called right back and a guy answered I asked for the managers name he tried telling me is was a male named Justin clearly it was a female. As the manager Samantha spelt with a y as she was screaming in the background. I also asked to corporates number and he wouldn't give it. I emailed them online and still not answer. I will not go back to this location if these people can't be adults they don't need to work with the public.

Wouldn't even rate 1 star but this app doesn't give me that option. Very rude, very nasty, worst experience with fast food ever. Don't go here unless you want to be charged 2 times for your order and the order be so wrong that you can't even straighten it out. Tried to call and get fixed with manager and was repeatedly given the wrong number. So I had to have my bank fix the over charges.
