The food had tasted good, the help nice, especially Beth! It's 30 miles away but better than our KFC that is only 6 miles. I'm wondering why though for the last year or two so many of the bones in the chicken are broken? It used to be just the wing bones that were broken but this time some of the bones in the breasts were broken into small, dangerous pieces as well. :-(

First time ordering online from KFC. We ordered from the KFC on HWY 157. Ordering was easy and our food was hot and ready when we got there. Only suggestion I have would be to have the option to swap out sides on the 8pc./8pc. tender family meals. Currently, you are only allowed mashed potatoes and coleslaw.

The man was so rude. I drive an 18 wheeler. They were taking orders through drive through except call in orders. I explained I couldn't drive through. He told me it would be awhile before pot pies was cooked and he would have to get everyone through drive through before he could ever take my order. I went next door to Lawlers BBQ. They had no problem helping me. Spent $50. Well worth it. Never eat at KFC again.
