Wow! Really excellent food! We had the Jalapeño Chicken, Spinach and Chicken Enchiladas and Pastor Enchiladas. All of it was great. We also loved their rice. It had so much flavor. We will be back often!

I had memories of Maya being 5 stars, not so much this last visit. It was still good, but not quite as good as before. And several of our orders were not correct. It was a holiday weekend so maybe the regular employees were not there.

Outstanding food and service. First visit, so to try as many of their items as possible, I ordered the Maya Platter which has an Enchilada, a beef Taco, a Tamale, and a Chalupa. Also came with rice, beans, queso, and some guacamole. All very good!

We felt lucky to find this gem for good Mexican food on our way back from a weekend at Corpus Christi. Fresh and warm tortilla chips, fresh and delicious salsa. Tasty and filling meals pleasing to the eye as well. Great decoration and atmosphere, kids loved the artwork on tables and plates. Clean facility and warm staff.

Nice job to the chefs! Seafood Chicken was amazing 🤩 as well as the salsas and cheese dip I was very impressed with the menu, so many unique and different food choices. Next time I'm going to be trying the stuffed avocado. Servers were very friendly, kind, and hospitable! This is not your ordinary Mexican restaurant. I'd give ten stars if allowed 👏✨✨✨✨✨✨✨‼️

Seems to have been an off day. For lunch the place was empty. The server not very friendly, food was mediocre, and the price high for what we got. Cheese seemed like crumbled velveta. The shrimp soaked in oil. Would not revisit as there were other better places in town.

Food & service were absolutely wonderful. Got our food quickly & it was hot & delicious. Old-fashioned homemade authentic Mexican food. Will be stopping there next time I'm in Cuero! ❤❤❤

We stopped here on the way back from BFE mostly because of the positive reviews. They deserve it. Very good TexMex. Good chips, good salsa, good guacamole. My partner had a good vegetarian combo plate. She really liked it. I had the old fashion enchiladas. That was not my favorite. The chopped chicken and the chili gravy were not a hit with me.
The service was excellent. We’re both picky. We’re from Austin so very picky about our TexMex. Overall, it was well worth the stop.
