Used mobile app for order ahead. Ordered 2 unsweet teas. Waited over 15 min once we got there and checked in. Only 4 cars in slots. Had to ask where our order was and was told they were doing orders in order. I would understand but that's the point of the mobile order ahead app especially for 2 teas. Staff was rude when asked how much longer it was going to be.

i went to sonic the other day and my food was perfect temperature and my slushie was perfect. the girl with the bandana and the nose piercings was very polite and got my order down well, had no issues with her at all!

Everyone's food was good except my breakfast burrito. What happened to having little pieces of sausage throughout the burrito? I had one little piece, looked like they cut one patty into 4 pieces and put just one at the very bottom of the burrito.

Waited for over an hour to get food then it was not even hot. Had to take fries back. They handed my food to another customer then tried to serve it to me. The girl with a pink eyebrow was very polite and apologetic and when i made my complaints known she did hustle to make it right.

Just spent forever waiting at a booth (after pressing the button twice) only to have someone pull up beside me and be waited on immediately. Went to the drivethru and waited there for a bit only to have, you guessed it, nobody help me. I thought they were bad with their last manager but oh my God they’ve gotten so much worse.

I don't think there's much of the old crew left I miss them but a new team has to get acquainted with their jobs an each team mate so they work simultaneously together getting better every day.....🤓

Very slow service. Cold greasy tator tots. The person taking the order was rude and impatient. The screens on the menu boards did not work.
