Poor quality food typical of McDonald's, now also overpriced. Customer service who brings out the food to cars caught taking a smoke break, then putting out her cigarette on the wall of the store, leaving her cigarette there, then coming back shortly after to finish it. Disgusting. Does she wash her hands in between? Or continue to traffic food after smoking hand to mouth? Health department should investigate at once!

Worst management ever! We ordered 3 items. When we did not receive one and told the girl who delivered our ice cream cone to our car, she went to get it The manager came to our car and yelled at us and asked a receipt that we weren’t given to us. The manager then yelled at us tossed the receipt at us and told us we would have to drive through again to purchase it. It sounds like not a big deal, but to kindly say we did not receive a item and be yelled at twice my management instead of fixing the situation or apologizing. Well that just shocks me and even more that she’s management.

I got to give this a one star and it's not because I even want to do that. Came thru the drive thru ordered food and a mcflury. I get to pick and was told to pull forward as I was first one in the waiting line several more cars are pulled behind while im patiently waiting. A member of McDonald's coming out with order after order still not mine well over 10 minutes and that is being generous by far goes by with everyone except me getting their orders. I finally go in and not anyone in line inside 3 employees standing around just talking while the lady running orders out is even taking orders inside and I express I still haven't gotten my order well she apologized and fixed my mcflury in a couple minutes. I didn't get her name but thank you for your service

I ordered an iced coffee. That’s all. Should have been quick but it took about 10 minutes even though there was only one other person in the restaurant. Sure, the drive-thru was busy, but one coffee should never take that long.
