Sonic Drive-in

Was very excited about Sonic reopening. Ordered a PattyMelt and Onion Rings on app.. it took a half an hour to receive..I was told there weren't Onion Rings and when I arrived home.. the Patty Melt had no cheese, grilled onions, or mustard on it. The staff was polite and friendly, but I was sadly disappointed that my sandwich was Not as I ordered. Have to update my review, due to app not being as user-friendly. I mistakenly removed the items that makes the sandwich a Patty Melt...grilled onions, cheese, and mustard. Sandwich was cold and still not appetizing.

Have tried to give this location multiple chances sense reopening. Orders have continued to be delivered incorrectly. Or missing food items from order completely. Food has been undercooked. Tasteless. Greasy. Cold. Almost cost me my marriage at how disappointing the food has been. What a shame. So much potential and opportunity. Local management will be the downfall of this establishment yet again.

I have been to this sonic literally over a hundred times & that is not an exaggeration. And every one of those times the food has always been very good and VERY fresh, I have ZERO complaints. So many people complain about the wait time but its hard to run a Fast food business and ensure every order is fresh if its not made to order like it is here. Keep up the good work folks!!

The service was fast, our order was correct, the carhop was extremely courteous and the food was good. We were surprised at how fast they were since they were so busy. It is a fun place to eat. The problem with Google reviews is that people are trying to get points. Reviews could have been written by people who have never even been there. This happens where I work.

First time there as it opened a couple of months ago. Good, creamy milkshake. The tots were average and pretty warm. The chicken nuggets were barely warm, chewy, and only one was truly a meaty nugget. The rest were a poor excuse for food. They were sold out at 12:10 PM of all their chicken strips. Hmmmm...and on a Monday? Guess the delivery truck hadn't made it there yet. Recommendation: go for the milkshakes.
