Taco Bell

Went inside around 6pm and it was VERY busy of course. My order was taken quickly by a very kind and helpful gentlemen who tolerated all my questions with a smile. If he wasn’t taking orders, he was opening the door for customers. I could see in back of him a crew of VERY efficient workers. I watched as they all worked in harmony. Everyone working there tonight seemed pleasant. I came home and told my husband about my good experience and he said “ At a fast food place? “ lol

It's your typical taco bell. High prices for food that doesn't satisfy your hunger. The dining room and parking lot are acceptably clean. Bathrooms could use a little more attention. Staff is... not rude. Don't expect a smile though. My main gripe - As a gig worker, this place is annoying. It's the ONLY Taco Bell that insists you prove you're not a thief and demands you show them you're gps before they give you the food. This practice encroaches on my customers privacy, goes against my agreement with the companies I contract for and is insulting to drivers who visit more than once a day. IF YOU THINK I'M STEALING YOUR FOOD, CALL THE POLICE! I understand there are thieves everywhere but, after 2 or 3 confirmations... When your employees know I'm gonna be a d**k about it, I think it's safe to say I'm a legit gig worker, NOT A THIEF!

It was my first and last time at this location. Got home and opened a bag sealed with a sticker. We ordered two cinnamon twists. Each of the two bags were less that half full. They literally had three in each bag. What? I had hard-shell tacos. They were both cracked and one side of them was soggy/limp/soaked from grease. It was awful. I know that this is just fast food, but we still pay our hard-earned cash for this and don't expect this.
