My family loves JJs, and we get it quite often. Going in and ordering at this location is okay, but getting delivery is freaky slow! On two occasions it has taken over a hour and I've actually had to call the store to find out if we will get our food. If you can't get 3 sandwiches to a house in under a hour you probably shouldn't offer delivery. Just got our food after 1 hour and 15 minutes and the bread is practically burnt! Definitely does not live up to JJs in Charleston, IL!

Not freaky fast today. Pre-ordered the day before for a 12:15 pm delivery because of the tight schedule of our activity. It arrived 1:09 pm. Messed up our schedule for the day. I had to add this after the review above. On top of everything they messed up the order. Cannot get the order right or on time. Originally, I gave it 2 stars. Once I saw the order was wrong I took one away.

Walked through the door an empty dustpan left by the counter, the person was holding a conversation w two girls w their feet up on the booth...He finally asked my ordeded he was struggling to interact w me, too busy talking about racing his car.. Its a shame so many places need help and at least 3 teens standing around.....I will not go back to this location again no sense of importancy of gettin an order....I love the food their but, Jersey Mikes is looking better. HOPEFULLY Someone will correct this situation

I ordered my meal at 12:09 on a Sunday. I had to call the store back after waiting an hour and 20 mins to ask where my order was. They girl who answered the phone stated that they had just got slammed “an hour later” and one of delivery drivers had 7 orders he was taking. My concern arose quickly at this moment. There’s 7 orders that contain meat on them, been setting waiting to be delivered for over and hour. This is a huge red flag for bacteria growth. I mentioned this to the manager (whom I was already speaking with) and her response was “yes, I’m aware of that” 😳 canceled my order as I really do not want to be sick today. Then, I also have to wait 3-5 Haines days for my refund (that they can’t provide a confirmation number for) good job Jimmy Johns 🤦🏽‍♀️

This location is on point! Freaky fast and freaky good describe the Crown Point location perfectly. We got both of our sandwiches before I finished paying! The front display is always filled with chips, water and Frenchie baguettes. When the staff is in between orders they are always cleaning the prep area and the dining areas. I frequent several Jimmy John's location in the region and this is by far my favorite due to the friendliness of the staff, quality of the sandwiches, and cleanliness of the shop. I highly recommend this location!

Walked into this business between 6-7pm on 11/1/2020. There were no other customers in the building but the the two employees on the line were making sandwiches. The employee at the cash register didn’t address us at first but then came to take our order once he was ready. As we were ordering the gentlemen on the line had his mask off and around his neck. Making sandwiches. At that point I gave my order and waited as my girlfriend did so too. The kid that was unmasked wiped his gloved hand across his nose and then stuck them in the food he was grabbing. Not just once, but twice. At this point I asked for a refund and the cash register told me it would go back to my card.... but I paid in cash. He seemed a little irritated with his coworker but he handed me the $16 in cash back. Coming from a past JJ employee, not sure this is the behavior they like to demonstrate.

Went a few times recently and this store is definitely better than the other one on main street. Food was back to par. Unfortunate that they have openings for employment and no one wants to work. Last time I was there the owner was working the counter to keep things running My previous Old review below... Freaky doesn't seem as fast as once was. Food was okay -added edit- Tried to respond to owner with bit.ly but times out to quick to finish and won't accept phone number in field. Couldn't find email to directly email store owner. My edited response is that last week i stopped in and was way slower with line out door which is excessive even with pandemic. I now try to avoid ordering delivery at work not even a mile away. Because twice pre-pandemic food came 30 minutes late one time and 45 min late another without even an apology from driver either time. Regarding food, seems bread isn't fresh as it used to be last few times i went. To me wasn't worth the $3.99 special to get me in the door ordering
